Omar and Naomi did an amazing job on the repair of my Neve 500-series preamp! LOADS of information and communication about the troubleshooting, and then a prompt professional repair! But that is not where it ends...we had an issue with the shipping company not properly accounting for the package, so Omar dedicated hours of his own time to ensure that the item made it back to me. I can't recommend these folks enough - you will be VERY happy with the personal attention that they give to ensure your satisfaction with the repair process. Too bad I can only give them five stars here, they certainly earned ten or more!

Finally , a PROEFESSIONAL that knows what he's doing. Omar at Browner has got it down. Straight up ,no games, extremely fair pricing ,and a very Noble , approachable dude.He took care of a rare Vox 100 watt head that was noising up real wicked, and then an Orange HD140 that had an intermittent fail in its B channel EQ section. Dude didn't bat an eye on either. Explained to me in detail what he found, and how he resolved both issues. Quick turnaround too.Look no further, don't waste your time, this is THE guy.

The people at Browner sound will take amazing care of your gear and they'll give a straight, honest and opinion regarding the problem to be solved.I even took one microphone once, and Omar was straight forward with me and told me that it was probably better to buy a new one instead of fixing it, in order for me to save my money.It's hard to find honest people these days, Omar and Naomi are as reliable as they come and communication has always been wonderful.Me and my friend have been bringing equipment to them for years and we have always had a wonderful experience.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Let me start by saying that I am an audiophile and I am obsessed with continually improving my system and I am VERY particular. I came to Omar with a challenge to improve the performance of my low watt tube amp. I came with some modification requests and even a parts list. He performed the Mods expertly and while the performance improved significantly, I was not happy with the sound. Mind you, he did exactly what I asked for. But when I shared my thoughts, he made some suggestions and we changed the values of the capacitors using some sexy boutique copper caps. This transformed the amp into one performing at 10x it’s price. Omar is a pro, and understands how to get the most out of your gear but better still he is as passionate and excited to work on the gear asI am about getting it done. Thank you Omar!

There I was, a gig in two weeks and a Fender signature guitar that was cutting out unpredictably whilst playing through a well-respected tube amplifier with deteriorating sound quality. It took one drop-off appointment to Browner Sound to not only fix, but make my guitar road-worthy and dependable. Oh yeah, and the deteriorating amplifier? Sorted. Omar identified the offending tubes and offered me a selection of high quality replacements that has made me so much happier with my tone. Upgraded caps, upgraded tubes, and a solid guitar, makes for a happy Rux. Customer for life! Thank you, Omar!

These guys fix everything from mics to guitar pedals to tube amps to studio electronics. They have successfully diagnosed and repaired gear with issues other techs were not able to fix for me. They go far above and beyond most repair shops.

Horrible and extremely unprofessional experience…initially quoted me at $1600 and Browner only realized after initial quote what kind of work this project would entail so re-quoted me at $3000+ …after payingfull service price of $3000+ console had issues so I continued calling Browner to come work on it on-site where again full asking service price was paid by me immediately (excluding driving fee which he waived bc he said my location was on the way to another location of his). After several hundred dollars (full asking price) of on site work were paid to Browner the console is still having the same issues I initially called him for. I tried to work w Browner again but he stated there would be no service warranty or future discounts. Also brought up other client’s equipment which had zero relevance to mine and suggested I sell my console without ever being asked for his opinion/consultation. I am now paying another tech for unresolved Browner Sound issues.

Called to see if they repair subwoofers and even though they only repair audio consoles, mics, and other input devices, the gentleman that I spoke with was extremely helpful and gave me tons of advice with regards to fixing my equipment. Went completely out of his way to help expecting nothing in return. If I ever have to fix any input audio devices, I can guarantee you that I will be going to these guys. I can see why they have perfect 5 star reviews. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Found Omar and Browner Sound online and was impressed by his many positive reviews.He definitely lived up to them!I took my Altec 436C compressor to him, which I've had for years and have never been convinced was working as well as it should. He gave it a thorough servicing, a re-cap, and bought it back up to spec, and it's now sounding and working great! He even made me a cool little video explaining what he'd done, and demonstrating where the sweet spot in the unit is.Nice chap, reasonable rates, really knowledgeable and professional. I'd definitely recommend him and will be taking more of my studio gear to him to service.

Omar is the best there is in south Florida by far. I had some equipment that I had no idea what to do with. Unterminated wires and everything. I went to different technology people with no solution or answers. Came to Omar and he listened to everything I said and was very helpful with problem solving. He helped me find a solution that I was looking for. Browner Sound will always be my #1 go to for anything with audio. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Top notch service! Omar is an electronics genius. He repaired my recently acquired 1957 Magnatone vintage guitar amp, which had several issues that he diagnosed and fixed. Amp now works like new. All through the process Omar kept me informed about the steps he was taking and what needed to be done. Great communication and the price was extremely fair. Highly recommend. Miami is lucky to have this caliber of service available.
