Lady at the store was very rude. I walked in to simply buy an extended network SIM card. JUST the card to do all the process myself. She refused telling me that she needs info about comparability which all that I already addressed with the cust service Over the phone. I worked at a mobile stored for all wireless companies. It is not true that she must do the process her self let alone when I already have the account and the phone. It was a simple sell transaction. I do not recommend this store, they scream at the customer and tell you straight up “we cannot sell you the item, we do not do that here” WOW ? the must not need business and customer satisfaction. Good luck to your recently open store!
