Labor rate may be lower than dealer, but they aren't any nicer at charging you. I took my car here for an object that was stuck between the rotor and the backplate. The object had already dislodged itself before I got to the shop, but I still had them check. They put the car up on a lift, took off the wheel, and confirmed that indeed there was nothing. Then charged me $176, for a visual inspection which took less than 15 minutes of total work.

First time customer and fully satisfied. Javier runs a tight ship and super professional. Service technician took the time to explained work performed on my X4. A breath of fresh air in a city where the reputation of service shops is ant all time low.

They're BMW geniuses. I am very careful and detail-oriented with my car and at BMW Autocenter they repaired it wonderfully. Javier and his entire team are excellent professionals. Excellent service 100% recommended

Took my BMW to the dealership and they were going to empty my pockets. Someone referred me to this place and not only did the owner Javier get me right in but he told me that it may not be that big of a problem. He fixed the issues for a price that I was very pleased with. Got me in and out. I told him from now on if I have any issues this is the only shop I’d be coming to. Not to mention he was very pleasant, helpful, and patient. Great customer service!!!!!!!

If there was an option for a negative star I would put it. Please do not take your car here- worst customer service ever they don't take care of your cars and they also bad mouth their customers especially a guy David no worries David you will never see me at that shop ever again.

Very sad the guys I got there 6:30 on a Friday after calling them for 3 or 4 month the car came out worse than what I bring it to them scratches, dent on the hood rust in the metal missing parts the person on the phone. Always pick up and hang up on you like you not the customer I don’t recommend this place if you don’t want to have a hard time all they like is to do light work anything hard to do won’t get done don’t go to this place one the employee name David very disappointed about him not profeccional at all do not do business with this place

Worst customer service. I think the owner should invest in customer service training for his employee specially David. They don't take care or care about your cars. Don't bring your car here.

I’ve been taking my 2010 Bmw 328 here since early 2020. I’ve done everything from full suspension replacement , battery/battery terminal, transmission service, spark plugs, starter replacement, ac leak, oil change, window regulators, cosmetic fixes etc at this shop. I can honestly say they know anything and everything when it comes to BMW’s. They are very reasonable when it comes to prices, and professional. I can always depend on them when it comes to my car. I literally do not let anyone else touch my BMW other than them. I highly recommend them for all your BMW needs.

I took my E46 Wagon for an engine swap. David & Javier were straightforward, honest and always kept me informed with updates. I took my wagon but a few weeks later I noticed a small oil leak. I contacted them and they asked me to bring it back and they fix the issue without hesitation. I will definitely keep my wagon running with their service in the future. I highly recommend BMW Autocenter for your Euro service needs.
