I tried scheduling an appointment but because I bought a Groupon I was not given an appointment and was told to call after the week of Thanksgiving because they were only taking their loyal customers for now. I think if they do not give appointments all the time to Groupon customers also, they should not be on Groupon. I wanted to give them a try because I was looking for a new place to go since the salon I normally go to is too far away from me but I am no longer going to give this place a try with or without a Groupon. I do not mind paying for good service but this is discrimination and before any one says anything about this post, I AM WELL AWARE THEY CAN MAKE THEIR OWN RULES AND TAKE THE CUSTOMERS THEY WANT"

This is by far the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. I have a lady that is really good but I haven’t been able to go to her because I moved to far from her and I’ve been looking for a good nail salon. This is not it, once we were getting ready to leave another lady asked if we wanted to get out eyebrows done (knowing she had a client waiting for her) and she did our eyebrows horribly, super fast without taking her time and making sure she was going doing it good. And the lady whom did mine and my aunts nails literally almost made me bleed, charged us an arm and a leg just for our nails to be worse than what they were when we got there.

I had a similar experience to a previous poster. Purchased a Groupon and contacted the salon numerous times to schedule an appointment. Every time I called I was told to call the next week because they only book out a week in advance, weekend appointments are for full paying customers, or to call each morning to see if there were any cancellations. I can’t comment on the service but the customer service lacks, this is a poor way to do business.

Unfortunately a bad treatment towards their clients arrives at the salon at my time with my Nina all the employees glared at my Nina especially the hairdresser who works behind and then they ask me why I had not left my girl at my house It is a lack of respect towards my girl I am so frustrated and to think that there are people like that

I have been coming to Bertica to do my Nails for over 17 years. I love how well she works. I have even taken my daughters to her. The salon is very clean and always full of great conversation and laughs.
