I had a horrible experience the lady at night that works for the hair section is horrible did my hair did not ask me what tone of color I wanted ended up paying for something I didn’t like. The manager is rude saying I walked in without an appointment and everyone (directing this message to a worker in a rude way) wanted to attended me first because she didn’t finish another lady when the lady was waiting to get her feet done with a someone else while I had someone else do my feet. Directed at me when I always go without appointment because there service was awesome the first few times Laura and Carla and Jenny or blonde with long hair is amazing and the hair stylist for the morning is amazing as well but that night shift looks like a mess. No organization and no respect whatsoever. The one that sits in the last seat by the bathroom was the rudest of all. To have my nails chipped two days later and I haven’t cleaned or washed dishes meanwhile. NEVER GOING AGAIN.

I walked in and two girls were busy. One was not, they ask her to do my nails and she didn’t even offer to help. She walked away. Owner should be aware of her employees and have more cameras to see her employees deny a customer. This was for full service nails and instead she helped the lady doing hair .

I had the BEST experience today… I went in with an idea and Lizet made it happen. Even better than I hoped. I feel refreshed and brand new!!!!! I love it ❤️

I have been going here for years on and off. I did gel hands and one nail chipped 2 days later. Explained to whomever answered phone I did not live in Miami so I can not go with in the 3 days guarantee they have. This lady was like well if you come Friday (7 days after) who’s to say you don’t have other nails messed up. Well considering they are gel nails. They should still be good seven days later you would think. After speaking to three of the nail techs and sort of arguing with them, they finally said I could come Friday to fix that one Nail. And if there were more nails messed up that they were going to charge me five dollars to takeoff the nail polish and another $35 to do them again. Needless to say, me and my family will be going back to this establishment.

I love this place it is a hidden gem! I first came to do my nails and then took the plunge to do my hair after 6 months coming here. I was weary at first because usually places that focus on nails don’t do great hair. This is the total opposite ! My haircut and color came out way better than I expected. I highly recommend Lizet from the day shift for anything hair and color. She did a color correction, cut , treatment, and blow dry. Also, Kelsi amazing at doing nails . At the beginning, I was so embarrassed because I had little stubs for nails and they have been growing really well after coming here. This place is clean, super friendly and affordable.

A big NO NO!!
My wife took me here, hoping I would have a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and it truly was—but in a BAD WAY! They bled my toe nail during the pedicure, and the workers insisted that she knew how to do her job. She said bleeding is common. If that’s common, I can do it myself.
It hurts so much, and she didn’t even tell me that I was bleeding. On top of all these, the towels were dirty, and she used the same ones to stop the bleeding. I asked for an antiseptic, and she couldn’t understand what I was asking for 30 seconds. She brought some liquid bottle and poured a couple of drops over my bleeding toe.
Their instruments are not autoclaved; instead, they use some blue liquid in an ultrasonic machine to clean them for 5 minutes and then consider them ready for use on other people. I had no idea if these instruments were even clean before they used them on me. Now I am scared to death.
I asked her not to go so deep anymore, and then she hurt my finger and claimed I had a wound there already.
What the heck was going on there! NO IDEA!!
WORST PART is they charged me more because I am a man, even though I received half of the services and bled twice. Evej after all this, we still paid the tip just because we know how these Latino workers are paid.

I loved Lizet's work!!!!

I absolutely love how my hair turned out! Lizet knows what she doing. She understood what I wanted and was so sweet. And the haircut gave my hair new life. I will definitely be going back to retouch my hair with her.
I also had my nails done by Yenia. I’ve been doing my nails with her for a few months and she always does a fantastic job. All the girls at the Hialeah location are great!

Very good service. I have been coming here for two years. I agree with Alenay and Laira. I recommend them. Their service is great and always with great attention. All the girls are very friendly and have a great spirit of joy every time I go I feel at home. home.

I never review but the bad service at that place forced me. To begin with, they do not sterilize the materials, they are very unprofessional, they do not want to work, the atmosphere of the place is very negative to the point that you feel that you have not left Cuba, they laugh at the clients, the language they use is very low. I will never ever go to that place again and it will be reported to the health department. The quality of the paint and equipment is very bad. I paid 57 and they charged me even taxes. Never in my life have I paid for nails only for gel pedicures and manicures without paint. The manicure never soaked my nails as soon as I removed cuticles, one of the worst experiences in my life made me feel so bad.
Not to mention that I got home and the paint fell off.
I’ll be reporting this and post on any platform to prevent some others to go through the same .
