My husband went into the store today to pick up gift for mothers days toda and has had the worst experience we have ever had in any store. He got a basket and was looking at his phone to make sure he was picking what we plan to buy when an older employee came up to him looked in his basket and took the basket from him with out ever saying anything to him and walked away. He was very shocked and stated I guess I won't be needing a basket today. If this is how you treat male customers I will not shop at this location. Please make sure your staff is properly educated on customers service.

HORRIBLE experience with the employee Maria. Calling her fellow coworkers “slow” and “gets confused easily” in front of customers is extremely unprofessional. I expected better customer service skills from someone as old as her. Get better employees!!! it’s such a horrible thing to see coworkers insulting each other when i’m trying to shop. Her fellow coworker looked obviously hurt and discouraged by this snarky remark from someone who’s supposed to teach her. This was such an awful thing to witness. Making fun of people is never ok. i expected more from someone of her….. age.

Today at 5PM my best friend walked in the store with her kids. Was looking around like normal checking out the mens scents when she placed her phone in her bag and one of the employees rushed to her and accused her of stealing. She had the security swarm to her as if she was stealing, embarrassing her. Security checked her bag and they looked like idiots once they realized she had not stoled anything. The upper ups need to better train their employees in customer service. By law they can not accuse anybody of stealing unless evident. Don’t visit this store or mall because they are all hispanics or latinos and mistreat their own kind its disgusting.

There are some car smells that don't smell at all, it's a scam. I've asked several people and they agree. Otherwise, I like the products they offer but you should check out those round car smells, please.

I love this place, they have all kinds of candles of any smell you can imagine, bath gel, creams, lotion, scent and shine sprays, it is wonderful to come here to have a rich aroma in the house, and also to give as gifts
