My experience in this bank is horror, you deposit a check and at the moment it does not appear in your account and you call and no one knows about it. To communicate is impossible. You must give your information so that they can call you back, whenever they want. Their system is decadent, since they made the change it has been worse. I have not seen a system worse than this, it does not allow you to search your transactions, it does not work. I really recommend staying away from this lufar, I don't recommend it, it's totally disastrous. The service at the branch is not the best either, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Apparently the associates were too busy with the zero (0) people in line to let me quickly use their bathroom before I go back to work. Chase lets me use their bathroom!

Very unsatisfied customer service at this branch! during this time ofCovid -19, the lines on the drive in are always more than 1/2 hour waitingToday, they only have one line open, I have to leave without making my deposit.Ready to close accounts and move to a better banking institution!!!

Amazing customer service. The people who work in this branch make you feel that you are a VIP customer regardless of what you are going to manage in the bank. Their priority is help you in any and everything you need. The personal is very professional and attentive.

Worst customer experience I've ever had and I'm a Chase customer - so imagine how ridiculously low quality this bank is. Took Over 3 hrs to open an account with the intent on using them as one of my primary business banks. I called them prior to heading over, asked question to make sure they were able to facilitate my needs as a business owner, took a sizable initial deposit to open the account. All that for nothing, they didn't know where the hell they were standing at. They didn't carry the necessary endorsement stamps, they had no clue what they were talking about. It was a damn mess in there. I couldn't have been a more patient and understanding client allowing them to work out there mess but to no avail... Needless to say, I got up fuming for having to waste my damn morning there.. Closed the account that had just taken over 3 hrs to open, took back my $16K deposit and closed my personal account that I had with them for over 8 yrs. I'm actually relieved it worked out that way. You DO NOT want your money HERE! Waste of time and waste of space!

They are always very attentive, have never had a problem plus this location is usually not to busy so you get taken care of quickly

Since the change in management this bank branch has gone south real fast. Tellers are polite and all, but they sure do take their time. Be prepared to be there at least ten minutes if you're lucky.
