Most efficient BOA I’ve ever been in. Needed bank statements for a closed business account and had them printed and given to me within 15 minutes. No appointment, no excessive waiting, friendly staff.

I went to this branch to do my deposit, as I normally do; the one and only teller at the time, Manuel, refused to accept my deposit as it was short a penny, 1 PENNY; I was going to let the Manager know at the time, but she was busy with a customer, and I was on the clock, having a business to run; I drove back to my office to get a penny as I did not have one with me; when I got back, teller Manuel was gone, so I was helped by a different teller, at this point I spoke to the Manager, who apologized and said she was going to talk to Manuel; I felt that at this point the damage was done, I had to waste time away from my business, along with gasoline, on an unnecessary double trip, when this teller could have easily taken a 1 penny short deposit. I work in customer service, have had situations like this, and never done this to one of my customers; I felt very upset, frustrated, and embarrassed.

This is the worse of all banking centers. They don't have enough employees, only three. Their drive-thru has been closed for more than two years. We have all our accounts there and I'm planning to move to another bank. It's impossible to bank at a place where there are NO EMPLOYEES.

I came here today and I waited for 40 minutes for something that takes less than 5 minutes. The guy who was attending everyone was doing great, he was very nice and helpful as well. The problem was that absolutely no one was helping him when there was at least 8 or 9 people waiting in line. Instead of going to another computer and helping the manager was nagging to an employee about how did a customer get inside after they had already locked the doors. Shout out to Gabriel for being a great attendant but the manager instead of walking around doing nothing could've at least helped the poor guy. There was also a lady from one of the offices who was helping someone from the line, at least she was helping with the line. Probably will go to a different Bank of America from now on, they need to treat their employees better and actually help them out. It’s not nice that the customers have to wait long periods of time when it can be avoided.

Stay AWAY from this center, was very poorly treated by the teller which her name is " Darling ". She did not greet me and spoke to me as if I was someone from the street an not as a customer who she needed to treat with respect and professionalism. It was too upsetting that I had to contact the manager to inform her of such event and they were able to replay the encounter and apologize for the treatment. However, this does not take away the bad experience I had to go through and wanted to express it to all other customers who are in need of BOfA centers and unfortunately this is the only one open in the area of Miami lakes given Covid-19.

The service here is the worse. I've never seen anything like this before, No wonder people are are banking elsewhere. One person taking care of 20 customers, most of them above the age of 60 years of age. Customers waiting over 40 mins to be serviced 2-3 people in there offices with no customers doing nothing, and what's even more incredible is that I approached the "manager" asked if they can add/ open another window, and I was told that they had no one else. He suggested online banking, I told him I didn't have a bank of America account his response was " I'm glad you are not a customer" Wow!! I'm glad to say that I bank elsewhere. This happened 02/19/2020 at the Miami Lakes plaza next to Winn-Dixie

Horrible customer service and severely understaffed. 2-3 hours wait to see a customer service rep, and excess of 1 hour to see a cashier. Hours are short. I have been here almost 2 hours now and I will close my account and move it into my Chase account. Incidentally there is never a wait at the Chase location accords the street.

DMV style service. They make absolutely no effort to be efficient. The employee moral have to be really low at this bank for them to be so slow at serving customers. You come for the simplest thing to do anything and you’re waiting for at minimum two hours. The guy in front of us was ordering a temp debit card has been with the personal banker for 40 minutes. it’s unbelievable! Come here with you have nothing else to do with your day because they can care less about your time or working effectively.

CAME IN TO MAKE A REALLY SIMPLE TRANSACTION. WAITED 30 MINUTES OR MORE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE EDERLY MAN IN FRONT OF ME. I ASSUMED IT WOULD ONLY BE A 5 MINUTE WAIT @ MOST. AT LEAST IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
