Came here for some small banking issue and was dealt with very quickly and effectively. Alexander help me and was fast, efficient and extremely pleasant and professional to work with. I noticed a very similar experience to all the customers that were in the bank too.

This is the SECOND Bank of America I have been calling for 40 minutes now. I have a co worker in my office and we are both calling ANY BANK OF AMERICA WITHIN FIVE MILES to pick up their phones.

Why do they have a business clients window and ignore them completely, if it wasn't for my company having them , I would personally change banks. As a business clients this is the worst bank I have gone into. Always short staffed.

I am shocked on how disrespectful and rude the cashiers are at this location. I went in the afternoon last week when I was attended by a blonde young girl and two people working with her (guy and another girl with glasses also young) who literally laughed in my face and mocked me when they realized I was upset for not being able to withdraw money. Not to mention, they were making fun of someone that didn’t know how to explain their situation before they attended me. I cannot believe this is the people they hire to work at a bank. I rather drive 20 more minutes to deal with better people.

I give 5 stars to CINDY, LUIS, ORIANA CHRISS EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES I LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO THEIR JOB SUPER WELL I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHO LEAVE THESE BAD COMMENTS, FOR ME I WOULD GIVE THEM 100 STARS IF I COULD, THEIR WORK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT SURTS THE SECURITY THEY DON'T HAVE BUT ONE DAY MAYBE, WE WILL BUY A TOY GUARD, LOOK REAL, PEOPLE ARE AFRAID OF THEM, AND THE BEST THING IS THEY DON'T CHARGE A WAGE,
