Gracias.

(Translated by Google) The worst bank in America. They always have an excuse for problems. Instead of helping you they put you in an office so you can call costumer service by phone where they do not solve the problem either. MORE THAN A WEEK TO COLLECT A CHECK, THE WORST BANK, SHOULD GO TO BANKRUPTCY ARE GARBAGE.

I switched to this banking institution from chase and I came in today to deposit a check and was literally treated like I was some type of thief because I just opened this account and was depositing checks, not to sure if I will stay with Bank of America, never been treated like this at chase.

The wait here is a bit long specially on Saturdays . Parking in the front isn't that big and they share it with the diagnostic center. There's more parking behind the bank. The staff here has always been kind, no issues with customer service. Is it my favorite branch? Probably not but it's also not the worst thing ever. I'd say the one in Miami Lakes is much bigger and faster service. They have a small waiting area as well, this location is small compared to the others that I've visited. A plus is that their staff is Bilingual in case you have friends or family members that prefer someone that speaks Spanish.

No matter what day or time I come there are only two tellers but at least two people (once there were 3) "greeting" .. which would not be a problem if the line was almost to the door. one should go help the tellers and move the line..especially if there is no one waiting to speak to a personal banker. Go through the drive through you ask? That line is always packed too and doesn't even offer teller assist. Tip: only go if u have an extra 25 mins to spare in your day

I wanted to move to another bank because my last one was literally robbing me in over draft fees. Now I get it I am a new customer in the bank so obviously they are gonna hold my first pay check for a week, I totally get it, but the fact that no one told me that they will be doing it AGAIN?!? holding my new paycheck for another week. When I have bills and a toddler to feed like that shit is unacceptable if I would have known that I would have just cash it, I am now canceling my card once I get my money from the looks of it, it won't be today it will be next week. And your customer service through the phone? Was horrible. Did not help me what's so ever. Thank you for nothing Bank of America
