Worse customer service ever.
I showed up asking to check if they had a battery in stock for my car which I already know they had. The person tells me they don’t have it in stock.
So I go to the batteries grab it and tell him this is it. He says oh it doesn’t show on the computer. I mean can’t he get up and check?
Anyways I figured it’s because he didn’t want to change the battery which I was right because then he asks me if I want to change it or him. It’s free battery installation why would he ask me? Anyways I tell him I’ll do it myself because he’s an older gentleman probably can’t even lift it.
I ask for tools and the manager there gives me a face. And the only thing in my mind is wow these people should be giving me tools if they can’t even change my battery. Should be grateful I’m doing their job.
Anyways when I’m done I leave the battery on the counter with the tools and say thank you. And when I’m heading to the door the manager herself tells me to take it to the back. Excuse me? Like can’t you do that yourself? I might as well work there. Anyways the older gentleman tells her he will take it. And she just shoos me away with her hand like if I’m a bother. You guys really need better costumer service idk if these are paid reviews or not but either way I tried to contact the district manager before posting this but there was no answer so there you go.

Glenda’s service was superb she helped me get the missing ignition coil from another store. She went above and beyond in calling other stores and she did it with a smile on her face all the time. Great service, one of the best Auto Zone’s I been to.

I went last week because some lights came on on the dashboard of my car. David P helped me. He was very attentive and professional. Very kind. He used the scanner and gave me a diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. At no cost and with the best of attention. I highly recommend them.
