Julian Garcia is the Assistant Service Manager, at Autonation Honda. His customer service is exceptional, very clear on the details of the services being provided, and very polite. Very bright future for Julian, I would 100% recommend him for assistance.

I scheduled a service appointment for a recall twice, and I was told the parts were available, and both times I was told the parts were not available, I took offfrom work twice to get the sedvice recall done and I was never told that I needed to wait for Honda to send me a letter. I wasted my time twice. I do think I’ll be going to that dealer ever again for service, very unprofessional

The service was good, the staff was polite and helped me out in a timely manner even when I forgot who was my liason's name. The wait wasn't bad either around 1 1/2 hours for the service to be finished.

My daughter went to this place with an “sticky steering wheel “ and didn’t fix the problem because they cannot feel the defect. This is known problem for Honda Civics, but it looks they don’t care about somebody potentially having an accident due to the issue.

I have been coming to this location for years and im always disappointed. I make early morning appointments to not have to deal with so many customers getting other services. If i did not have my service insurance i would never come here. I drop off my car for a oil change and go to run errands in the area. And i ask “will I receive a call when the service is completed” and i get a solid “Yes”. 2-3 hrs later i still do not get a call/email, nothing. When im done with my errands i go to dealer or call, and ask if my car is ready i get either one of these 2 responses, “not yet, just give us 10-15 mins” or “yes it was ready a hour ago” but never received a call about the service being completed.Also, i had a coupon emailed to me with a oil change/windshield wiper blades replacement ment which i was told i could use, but when i got my car from the service only a oil change was done.Service at this location has never shown me other wise to not regret going there.Sheldon Trallie is the diamond in the rough who actually called me back. Yolanda was amazing!!! We live in Tennessee and found the Odyssey cert pre-owned we wanted and the dealership was no gimmicks or added fees other than the stated dealer fee. I appreciated that they didn't do the bait and switch with the price. And Yolanda worked with us everyday to make sure the car was ready and all the paperwork was ready when we flew down. It was a Saturday and the dealership was crazy busy, but Yolanda made sure we were comfortable and got us through everything as quick as possible. Our finance person was very detailed and thorough and had most of the paperwork ready when we got to him. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We can't brag on Yolanda enough!!!

Careful! When you take the car to the service they will "always "find or manufacture or "invent" something that is not covered by the guarantee. The slogan is to "always take money from customers". unreliable company

Unfortunately, my experience at the dealership was less than satisfactory. I brought my car in for a recall and during the process, the technicians attempted to change the coaxial cable on my stereo. To my dismay, they ended up scratching the screen and tried to shift the blame onto me. Despite their insistence that they never touched the stereo, it is clear that the damage occurred under their care. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of accountability from your staff.The initial response was incredibly frustrating. They refused to acknowledge the issue and only relented after much persistence on my part. I was asked to return another day as it was the weekend and no managers were available to address the situation. Upon my return on Monday, it became apparent that the managers and the team were not interested in resolving the matter amicably. It felt as though they were prepared to fight against me, rather than rectify their mistake. I requested the pictures they had taken on the day the damage occurred, but I received no answers. I am still in the midst of trying to resolve this matter , as I believe it is their responsibility to rectify the damage they caused. The overall service and the attitude displayed the managers have been nothing short of disappointing. The quality of service at the dealership has evidently degraded over the years, and it is disheartening to witness as a customer. Believe me when I said the worst place for services .
