The GM doesn't to her part. Some of the staff is very rude. I was hung up on several times. Been patient but enough is enough. When I get my refund back they don't have to worry about me or my family shopping with this company again. Victor Torres is the best. I exclude him from the madness.

Very surprise at the selection in this store. Sale Rep Argenis Jimenez was great! Helped us with an accent piece for our dinning room. Would definitely come back and request him.

It was a pleasure being helped by Marinel. She understood what I was looking for in a new couch and gave great suggestions. Marinel took the time to ensure the specifications of each couch would work within my parameters. She was patient as it took me some time and back and forth to decide.
