I made a call to find out if it was free or if there was a charge for checking the A/C system and they explained to me that it was free, when I arrived they did the check but ViSUAL couldn't tell me if it was my compressor, if it had leak, Nothing at all, they just measured the Freon level, and putting new freon to know where the leak is costs $265. Actually there is no free check. The Free checkup is the same that a person does at home Visual.
- The treatment was phenomenal, they gave us water, and a warm welcome.

I no longer live in town but was visiting family. I knew my car’s A/C system had a problem and brought it to Artemisa because they were open on Sunday and were pretty close to my mother’s house. My car was diagnosed quickly, and I was spoken to straightly about the diagnostic process, told clearly what the results mean, given options to consider going forward and given an estimate of the amount of time things would take. In the end I decided to leave the system evacuated so repairs could be done when I get back home because I was short on time. I saw other reviews that reflected poorly on this business and I can’t speak for their experiences or expectations, but I will say this, the way I was treated was as if I was family, he was honest, direct, didn’t pull punches, and told it to me straight. Gave me recommendations that made sense and let me decide how to proceed. At the end of it all in my case, didn’t even charge for his time and service, I can’t find this up North where I’m from, and can’t express enough how much that’s worth.

I do not recommend this workshop to anyone, it is a scam, they charge me 285 to add the coolant and then they told me if there is a problem, bring it to me another day, it will no longer cool when I went, they told me it was a hose and to change that hose they charged me 250 dollars more and they wanted to charge me 340 to change that same hose anyway I'm not going to bore you the prices there are crazy they don't tell you the problem you have and they are constantly charging you I paid a total of 535 dollars for nothing when an air system in any
On the other hand, changing everything and putting it new, from the compressor, condenser, evaporator, hoses, everything costs 600 dollars and they charged me 535 to add some gas and change a hose. If you want to waste your time and money, go ahead.

I tell you that I went with a small problem, they changed many parts, they charged 700 dollars and as the days went by, the car remained the same, so they wanted another 600 dollars to continue changing unnecessary parts, in short, terrible service, I had to go several days in a row and they didn't solve anything alone scam me, it's worth saying that every day I was there, 50 percent of the clients came to have the bad work done checked, take care of yourselves and your money.
