It is rare to be surprised by a company who treats their customers with so much empathy, but Allivet has done so. First of all, I am a price comparison nut so I can assure everyone that they have some of the lowest prices for ANY online pharmacy. I currently fill my senior dog's Galliprant RX from them and it is $30 LESS than the vet and $10 less per month than any other online pharmacy.But the real surprise came this week - one of the most awful times of my life - my sweet sweet Beagle had aggressive cancer and as a last ditch effort, I ordered Palladia from Allivet (again, best prices) which is a very expensive medication. She declined quickly and we lost her days after I ordered. The shipment was on its way, and I read that RX orders cannot be returned (anywhere, it is not legal) so I fully expected the company to tell me they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Instead, the immediately canceled my autoship, provided condolences for my pup, and refunded me the ENTIRE amount of the order. No restocking fee, not a credit, but a refund. They simply asked that I dispose of the medication safely.Thank you Allivet. In my excruciating time of loss you showed compassion. I am so grateful.

They somehow ended up with three separate autoship orders when they changed over from Walmart Pet. They sent me two orders back to back, happily charged me for both. When I tried to get the situation corrected, they insisted that they did not have multiple orders for me. I asked them to cancel all orders and I would go elsewhere. I never received anything about an upcoming order but now have an email that yet another order has shipped. They refuse to do anything to stop the order, only offering me a 35% refund....again. Do yourself a favor an go somewhere that can actually get their system to work. They also do not give you the option to cancel your own autoship, you have to contact them, so you have zero control over whether it is done correctly or not.

Incredible pet pharmacy. They have some of the lowest rates I've found, especially with subscribe and save. Their online service is efficient to use, easy to change/edit shipment dates, and order medication.The customer service has always been more than expected the entire time we've used them, but today went above and beyond. We are unexpectedly putting down our senior dog and because we are on a subscription service, his medication came in the mail today. As he, unfortunately, will not be using it, I called to see if I could send our unused, unopened, prescription back. I know they have a policy on returning prescription medication, but I figured it was worth the shot because it is not cheap. The representative gave her sweetest condolences and although we can't send the medication back, she still provided us a full refund. Her act of kindness and compassion truly set this pharmacy apart.I highly recommend this pharmacy to others; they have a life long customer with me.

They have great customer service! It is especially easy using the chat feature online. I have made medication dosage adjustments and connections to my vet just using this and it was easy.

I purchased 2 boxes of flea chews for my dogs. They were on sale on the site plus I had 40% off. The total came to about $97. I ordered the meds (money came out of account same day) but they were having issues getting the prescription from my vet. So I decided to mail in the prescriptions. It took about a week and half to 2 weeks(from placing order) for them to ship. The day I received the shipping email, I also noticed that I was charged an extra $23 from the company. Not sure why but I paid the total amount due the day I ordered the meds!

My experience with Allivet has been a pleasure from beginning to end. They have made the process of receiving my pets medication flawless and uncomplicated. Anytime that I've had a need to contact them I've always encountered a professional staff who was willing to help. During my last communication with them I was fortunate to have Johnia answer my phone call. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to speak to her supervisor, Kersiha who also was very pleasant and assured me that they will consistently strive for the superior level of customer service that I've experienced. I highly recommend using Allivet for all of your pet's needs not only because of great customer service but also for their very competitive pricing.

I had my pet's meds on Auto Ship. 5 days past the ship date, the medication still hadn't shipped; I didn't receive any notification regarding the late shipment. I was unable to reach customer service to find out way. This left me scrambling to find the medication elsewhere. If they can't send autoship items timely, they aren't reliable and I won't be doing business with them any longer.

I ordered my dogs heart meds from this company on a Saturday and it took a whole week to arrive. Due ti the delay she won't have her pills for 3 days. I called and they lied to me about when the package was tendered to USPS. This is my 1st order with Allivet. Horrible service!

I use Allivet for my 2 dogs' flea and tick medications and I have never had an issue. I signed up for AutoShip to save money because it's something I'm going to be buying anyway and that way I never have to remember to reorder or end up missing doses. The website is really user-friendly and the shopping experience is smooth. Medications arrived quickly.

This company charged us over $100 four separate times over a time period of a few days. We have never used this company before! When I called to find out what was going on, they said they had been give my wife’s debit card information from WalmartRX, and they were trying to fill the order!It charged us four separate times because the auto charge and ship feature was failing because my vet refused to provide them our prescription. Funny, they didn’t fail to charge me!Wildly unethical, and if true, I am shocked Walmart gave them our financial information!I obviously filed fraud charges with my bank.

Watchout - their default is Autoship and you will not be able to cancel the following shipment nor will you be able to return it if its a prescription. I ordered a vial of Adequin for our cat which lasts nearly a year but three weeks later I get a notice that they are preparing my next shipment. I immediately contacted them to cancel but they claimed it had already shipped.

Terrible business establishment. Extremely over priced. I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel my auto-ship for several months. I had To call my bank and send proof of emails confirmation from Allivet that I had canceled my auto ship. My bank reversed the charges in my account..Don't trust them.

Ease of app I would give a 4. Execution a 1, Customer Service a 3, price 4.1st time user (2 other dogs with Chewy)- I placed an order on Tuesday, still waiting RX on Sat.- I tried to call Sat, closed.- 1st person pleasant. Asks for full story. THEN says she can't help me and will have to transfer me.- 2nd person jumps right into getting me cancelled. No hello or customer service nature. But cancelled order, autoship and account quickly and efficiently. No issues there.If you have time to wait for their little operation to get around to calling for your new prescription and don't want any frills, this could work for you.But I sent an order to Chewy Sunday and by the time Allivet called for the prescription on Monday morning. Chewy had already called and had the order working. Sticking with Chewy (for a little more money)!
