Sales reps need customer service training. I'm a paying customer who was TOLD to stand up from the seating area to have someone else try on shoes. No problem with that, except I was TOLD in a rude way, not asked. It's a shame how people treat each other.

You sold me used shoes and when I come home to remove sticker these are worn. Bought today. It’s time consuming having to go through this. $100 dollar heels to get this. Very unethical. Everything in life comes back around. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. You would not appreciate this yourself.
