My aunt has kept a storage there for 3+ years, she goes frequently, this time around we went to take out some stuff and it was all infested with rat poop and rat pee. There was broken things, a mattress she had in there with a protector, completely destroyed with rat pee. It was disgusting. We tried to come up with a solution with A+ and they told us they can’t do anything, not even refund a month or anything. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Thousands of dollars she spent on monthly to keep the storage gone to waste and thousands of dollars in stuff she had in there gone to the garbage. Do not keep your stuff here it will end up full of rat pee and rat poop.

The customer service at MAIN HEAD is very bad, be careful if you have any problems with your automatic payment, they will immediately charge you 20%

The staff in this storage location are amazing & provide great customer service - above and beyond expectations. If you have an issue or need anything fixed they get on it ASAP. I was at another storage location prior to becoming a customer with A+ Plus. I noticed a major difference on how they treat customers with patience and courtesy. The staff didn’t even bother to say hello at the last place I was at. Plus the prices and space size are the lowest I’ve seen around. Also love that they don’t have constant prices raises like in other places. I’d highly recommend this storage facility for anyone who is interested in saving some money.

I have been using this company for 3 years and have no complaints. The service is immaculate, they always try to resolve the customer and their treatment is super professional. The storage rooms have a lot of space, good air conditioning and extremely clean. If I could give them 10 stars I would because it is always a good experience talking to them.

This is my first time renting a storage. I highly recommend A+ Storage because of the professionalism.
Chris answered all my questions about the size, contact, accessibility, and insurance needed to rent a unit.
The unit was in a safe secure and clean area with plenty of parking.

Been using their services since 2019, nothing but great experiences with them! If I have any issues Chris and the staff take care of me. Just like today, I had a simple issue logging in and he went out of his way to show me through his computer to help me out. Thank you guys!

My father is coming down from Georgia and was moving down and needed a storage space. Chris spoke with my father over the phone and was very helpful and accommodating. I went to the location to secure the storage space and Chris was there to assist me. Chris is an amazing employee and I will likely come back to him for all my storage needs.

Start rate seemed to b the lowest around and thats how they get you in i see. At first i was told my rate wouldnt change at all and 4 months in, it did. Bad bussiness practice.
