I want to thank Well Fargo for having allowed me to have my accounts with them since 1997, due to a bad communication my account was about to be closed, even though my record was impeccable, I have never failed in anything, finally everything was resolved and especially I thank the manager Cristopher A Cerda very much, he was the one who realized the error and helped me very professionally to solve the problem, I am very grateful for your very professional and cooperative work. very bad service, 2 hours waiting for a transfer, it seems that they are paid to turn around the entire bank, the only thing they do is walk to where this country is going to go

Worst bank on the history of banking , think again before opening an account here , they will hold your checks every week but not only that you card will stop working at any time , they will make you wait 12 day for every weekly check your deposit , the costumer service is Horrible , they person on the phone simply told me to file a complaint if I was not happy and she just told me that she did for me and give a complaint number , a TOTAL JOKE , Stay away from Wells Fargo

High alert. This morning I went inside of this Wells Fargo to withdrawal a large amount of money. After leaving this bank I was followed and robbed. Not pointing any fingers yet but something fishing might be going on. Please everyone be cautious and careful.

It is the worst branch that exists..!! You call customer service and they are always busy, and the damn machine comes out. I have tried calling at different times and it is the same. I do not recommend ANYONE to visit it..!!

Very bad ATM service, it always tells me that there is no deposit availability and today I made a cash deposit and it only recognized $10 dollars and I called customer service and they told me that they would pay me the rest of the money in 10 days, if I pay For the banking services it is so that I have my money when I need it, not when they think it is convenient. TERRIBLE SERVICE, ZERO stars!!!

This Location has the worst customer service that I ve seen after 3 afternoon there is no one to assisted you I received a message to collect my money and after arrived and they made me wait they told me as if nothing had happened that the only two people authorized to give me the money had gone out and had to wait for them, ridiculous
