Air pumps are not working!! I was not able to add air to my tire. One air pump doesn’t turn on at all. The other one is not delivering air to the tire.

Wednesday, December 4th, 1:40 am, order 519 caramel hot chocolate. the lady at the milkshakes counter was horrible, I was waiting 20 mins for my order and the place was completely empty with no customers, after 20 mins she asked if my order was 517, I replied 4 times that mine was 519 caramel hot chocolate, she said "I don't know I wanna see your receipt" very rude and unprofessional, 1:40 am just to get a hot chocolate no need for that unnecessary unprofessional behavior.

Wawa I love everything...facilities - products - service BUT IN HIALEHA...as always this city is hello...something so minimal makes a difference...I tell her. Girl, he gives me this Redbull and what is over 40 he gives me in gasoline in the 2nd... he tells me, you have to tell me how much gas is... I tell him, you have one. Calculator says no...you should tell me when it is...I don't think that's good service and he clarified Wawa, I love it like that

It's 1:59 10/28/2024pm and after waiting 10 minutes for the cashier who was talking to her friend and had no desire to work, another worker arrived who was very kind and apparently sorry for the poor work and service he was receiving. Performing his team mate, he treated me very well and put an end to the line of people.

One of the most cleanest, most organized WaWa I've been to in a long time in South Florida. Highly recommend, fastest service, great food, super happy customer. And all the women that work there are super sweet 👌👍

Absolute snakes. Applied my coupon for cigarettes, after I paid they took the coupon away and charged me the full amount. Then tried to say all they can do is offer me a coupon for their nasty gas station subs. Wawa is trash and I'll be sure to cost them future business worth slot more than a few dollars. The obese dude working the counter tonight needs to be trained on customer service.

By far, this is the worst Wawa in South Florida, the coffee is always cold, if they even have any, hardly any "ready to go" hot sandwiches, and the bathroom is a dump. By the way, the few times I have ordered food it has been terrible. Go to any other Wawas nearby and avoid this one, just really bad overall.
