This establishment boasts excellent accessibility. However, if you plan on ordering something, take your time to carefully consider your choices. I usually place orders in the evening, but unfortunately, the service tends to be subpar, likely due to tired staff. Despite the seemingly reasonable prices, the actual cost turns out to be quite high. Just the other day, I ordered a sandwich that looked fine, but when my son took a bite, the ham was strangely cold, as if it had been taken straight from the fridge. The coffee I ordered with cream turned out to be darker than expected. This has occurred several times. On the bright side, some of the staff members are very professional, like the friendly and respectful elderly gentleman. However, there are also two young employees who impress. On the flip side, there's a particular individual who appears to be from...- and my apologies for mentioning nationality, as I don't intend to be discriminatory. Nevertheless, this person comes across as very rude and ill-prepared for customer service. In summary, the quality of this place is quite variable, depending on the time and the staff present.

Buy coffee at this place, it's a robbery, the manager is incompetent, very bad experience, they don't know how to treat customers well, I don't recommend it.
