I have always gone and the service is good until today; That's why I update my review. First they make me wait more than 10 minutes on the phone to find out the availability of a medication, after all that time, a girl named Catia helps me and tells me that the doctor is going to eat and hangs up the phone on me in a rude manner.
I understand and respect their time a lot, but to work with the public, you must have as a PREMISE that each person's time is also important. Please, always, empathy first and foremost.

The most pleasant experience I have had in a pharmacy. The young man at the counter receives you with a friendly greeting and treats you with excellence, his doctor with a pleasant smile offers excellent explanations to all your doubts as a patient. I am very happy to have visited this pharmacy today, and without a doubt I will do so again. 100% satisfied and 100% recommended.
