I called this business looking for a specific duck food of a specific brand. I was told that it was in stock and I was given a price range. After half an hour driving to this location I find out that they don't even sell what I am looking for. Beyond disrespectful, this person made me drive 30min to this location with the hope of me buying their brand. He was trying to say that he did not understand me well at the phone, but that was just another lie, I ask multiple time very specific and repeat myself many times to avoid mistakes ( even spelled D U C K to not confuse it with dog) . Like very very specific about Purina Purina PURINA duck food 40lb. He brought out their brand and insisted in showing it to me to see if it was ok with me. NO is NOT. If I'm willing to travel for 1 hour for a specific item how dare you to trick me in to buying another. Gas + 1 hours lost I do not recommend this unprofessional business.
