“We had a mishap with my engagement ring it got misshapen after something fell onto it. We gave them a call yesterday and they were extremely helpful, they did mention that their repair specialist is not in on Sundays and that we could come in today, and it was very nice of them to even give us another jeweler recommendation if we needed same day service for that day. We decided to wait and see them today and luckily made it in time before they closed and they repaired the ring so quickly and I am relieved we didn’t have to leave it overnight or anything like that because I hate parting with it. The store is clean and very well maintained. Some beautiful unique pieces they have. An added bonus - there’s a cute fluffy friend named Sasha to greet you in the store. Thanks so much!!”

“I purchased a 28-inch 8mm 18K Cuban Link chain from Garcia’s Jewelry in Miami. It was a chain that was already made and had been discounted. I had them cut it into a 20.5-inch chain and a 7.5-inch bracelet. They threw in a box-lock, engraved both pieces, put a diamond button on the bracelet, and did all the labor for a very small charge. The entire transaction was conducted online through their website and by email.The two pieces I received a few days later were stunning.
