Very nice staff and owner is very helpful. My bad experience was ordering parts. I needed parts for my bicycle 4 times and every single time in different months i had to call multiple times to make sure the parts were ordered. it wasn't a 1 time instance it happened 4 separate times where i had to nag for the part to be ordered. Once the parts were in everything was great. So if you want to go there make sure they have the part in stock if not go somewhere else because you will be waiting weeks or even months.

After a couple of flat tires and front break issues, I took my bike to this shop near my house. Nelson and his staff were very friendly. Fixed my bike and went above and beyond in not only getting it to operate perfectly but gave it some much needed maintenance. It is now riding smoothly. And his prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend them.
