Sad how I buy something to eat for lunch here and both items are expired with one of them having mold. How can’t you keep up with your merchandise and know when to properly discard of it before your customers buy it. This place needs to shut down as they’re also disorganized and there’s always a mess around the store with dolleys from the back storage filled with product in the way of customers walk ways.

I bought cat food, and my cats rejected the food right away, after that I had to get another bag of food, but still it was a waste of money, I now know why they say: "Better buy something expensive than something cheap" Their professionalism is bad sight. Not to mention, the dust that I found on the cat food, it was all dusty and sticky. I was gross out. At least I haven't gotten bad expectations from the employees.

August 12 2022I'm very upset at the horrible customer service I received. As shown from the pics I took, I was going to purchase 2 Cat Treat Temptations for the advertised price. When I got to the register it rang up at $3.85 each x 2 = 7.70 with an additional $0.70 off Total final price $7.00 I explained to the cashier that the price advertised was $6.00 she seemed to want to go and check and wanted me to pay what it rang up, I refused, she called another employee who went to physically check, I thought the issue would be resolved as it was clearly obvious that the price was ringing up incorrectly but all I got from her was that the price was correct and she couldn't change it and gave no explanation as to why It was advertised at $6.00, she was set in her ways, she had a bit of an attitude and was treating me as if I was inconveniencing her and she just wanted me out of there. I told her I would contact corporate and she said fine and I told her to void it she said fine and neither of them apologize. I've been a cashier and I know that she indeed could've entered the advertised price manually but instead she decided to lose money for the store and make a customer dissatisfied! What happened to "the customer is always right"??? I've been in customer service most of my life and this was horrible customer service! I've been to this store in the past but try my hardest not to ever go here because it isn't the first time I get horrible customer service and the employees seem to always have a stank attitude! Boggles the mind how people like this still have a job when there are so many without. They need a major course in customer service.The only reason I gave a 1 star review is because I can't leave a zeroI highly suggest to visit any other Family Dollar store and not this one!!!
