I give it a single star because the service at this bank is terrible, yesterday as almost always there was only one teller who by the way treated me extremely poorly, her name is Carla, today I am again at the same bank and there are only two tellers for more than 20 clients here waiting to be served, it really is a total lack of respect from Bank of America towards its clients

I put a star to publish,,, my husband Carlos Fernandez after 25 years with you has felt disappointed, a 76 year old man was making his payment for a credit card inside the bank at an ATM for 540 dollars the machine took 440.00 and he returned 100 that did not allow him to return and did not even give him the receipt, that is, a thief machine, the complaint and they did not investigate anything, now he sent a complaint with the cashier's number and the receipt that an employee gave him for changing the 100.oo dollars to pay outside at another ATM, another card,,, I hope you investigate there, it was sent until January 19, 2024,, my husband has been with you for 25 years and has never stopped making his payments,, We hope they solve it because we are not rich for them to steal 440.00 dollars from us, we don't want to take this any further. Very upset.

I must say that I have been doing my banking activities at this headquarters for 4 years, and I have been assisted by several advisors. Today my wife came to open a savings account with Miss Yudi Hernández, who on a previous occasion opened her checking account. I only came to accompany my wife but I also ended up being served effectively by Yudi. She cleared up some doubts and gave me advice on my business account. The manager Ivis Martel should not be in that position, do not let customer explain customer concern, the manager should let customer explain the situation first.I give 5 star to the relationship banker Rafael Mármol is Great customer service let me explain the situation and try help me with conserne.The customer service of Bank of America is the worst by phone is the worst customer service I ever had with bak, I have dealing with Supervisór of Bank of America since 12/19/23 last year and today 01/09/24 had not resolve their mistake and every manager had different history to give my money back, they took, Bank of America if you record the call every call look the history and you will see every supervisor it not on the same page.Totally not recomended this bank of america

Edy the person who said is the manager, is very unprofessional and has very poor customer service, I don’t know how can a person with very limited customer service skills is a Manager damaging the reputation of a very well known bank as Bank Of America. Mr Edy refused to cash a check for me since it was over the limit amount and when I asked him to show me the Bank Of America policy stating that, he just looked at me with a very bad actitud and said “ it is what it is and I don’t have to show u anything you can search on ur own”and walked away from me.This is unacceptable from a managerThank you Bank Of America for the great customer service provided to your customers

I am very disappointed by how they manage this bank. I wanted my bear to be in my bank. I took him to cash a check and they gave me so many illogical justifications for us not to change it. I had so many hopes for this bank but the manager Ivis Martel treated us very badly. I feel that He didn't have the patience to explain to us or a good attitude. I feel bad and I don't recommend it.

Terrible Experience at Bank of America - Strongly Advising Against Their ServicesI am writing this review to share the truly appalling experience my mother had with Bank of America. I recommended her to open an account with them, and what followed was an absolute nightmare.Initially, a bank representative seemed helpful, but things took a terrible turn. The representative demanded $1500 to avoid a supposed monthly fee of $12, and my mother paid $1500 to her. Later, she was asked for an additional $200 to open the account, which she also gave. Shockingly, my mother left with only $200 in her account and no knowledge that she had been scammed by a Bank of America employee.When I called the bank manager to address the situation, she dismissed it, claiming that it had been over 30 days since the incident. Seeking justice, I reached out to Bank of America corporate and was assigned an investigator. However, this investigator's response time was abysmal, taking over 10 day’s to reply and often not even answering the phone. Her repeated questions were futile, leading to the case's eventual closure due to "insufficient evidence."It's mind-boggling how the Bank of America team can be so incredibly incompetent and dismissive when one of their customers falls victim to their own employees' scams. I am beyond disappointed and furious with their handling of this situation. This experience has left me with no choice but to never set foot inside a Bank of America branch again. I will make it my mission to spread the word about this incident and advise everyone I know to steer clear of this institution.Consider this review a warning – if you value your hard-earned money and your sanity, do not entrust Bank of America with your financial matters.
