Despite not having many staff available at the time I was there, they were friendly to the customers who were in the store and despite the stubborn attitude of the people.
Mine was a battery test and later a change and they did it quickly and were always friendly.

I normally have great interactions here but that changed today.
On March 28th I bought a battery from the Hialeah Gardens location (store #1083). My aunt's car battery had died in the hospital parking lot where my grandpa died the day before… I went to the car with a new battery since it was likely the issue and ended up not needing it because it was actually the starter that was faulty. Anyways, I left the new battery in her trunk thinking she'd use it and never did.
Today on April 22nd @ 8pm she finally gives it back to me to return it (not even a month later) and when I went to the Hialeah gardens store, the assistant manager and 2 other employees treated me like crap and didn't even bother TRYING to help me out. They just kept talking about batteries can't be “returned” even if not used and they kept fighting me without even trying.
I then took it to the Hialeah store (store 2491) and they treated me with respect, they asked questions, which is reasonable but they actually tried and ended up being able to help me out because CLEARLY the battery was new.
Thank you Osmel Ferran of store 2491, you deserve a promotion and a raise.
