Worst towing company service I’ve ever had. They lie to you and give you false information. My car caught fire and all I wanted to do was have it junk and they tell me it’s not under my name but the sellers name still. Their office is different from their lot. Make sure you call first before picking up your car. Parking to this office is an issue. It is a warehouse bay that can accommodate only a couple of cars. Towing guys are nice. Office people are grumpy.

Got my car towed by these guys after my tire came off while I was driving. When I went to pick up my car from their lot, they damaged the front of my car and a big burst of gas came from underneath. I also noticed two plastic knobs had come off. They said nothing to me about it, then my car started leaking yellow fluid. When I confronted them about it they told me they couldn't do anything about it and that I'd have to pay for it myself. Avoid this towing company if you can.

Terrible. Long wait. No one was in line! Yard is empty and I've been waiting over an hr. Already paid a ridiculous amount of money. Terrible customer service. TERRRIBLE PLACE! Zero stars if possible. Gross, dirty, untrained.

Dispatcher was rude the entire time. No customer service skills. She shared with me that her name was Marlene. Hope none of you have to put up with her. It took so much for me to keep my cool during this exchange. Hopefully the company gives her some training on how to deal with clients... after all, she is in customer service... I would not recommend this company. Imagine dealing with this sort of attitude in the middle of an emergency.
