A young man named jiraiya working the pharmacy today was extremely rude and highly unprofessional in the way he speaks to customers. I received a text message stating that my prescription is ready and he told me it's not and it's not in stock. He was extremely arrogant in the way he carried himself and spoke to me. This is why I've already moved most of my prescriptions to Publix.

All of the ladies here are fabulous and helpful. Corey, Alicia, Leah y'all are lovely amazing women and I am so glad there are pharmacies out there that DO CARE. People need to understand that you are not miracle workers, and there is only so much you can do. However, there are those negative nancy's that are never satisfied. BUT YOU ALL ROCK! LOVE YOU ALL!

Walgreens is the worst run pharmacy.
Called yesterday evening to get a prescription ready for the morning...
Told that I would have to call when they opened at 9am, called, told it would take a couple of hours. Went to pick up after 4 hours and they still hadn't finished getting it...
Walgreens management must pay pharmacist minimum wages to get the help they have...

Picked up my prescription 5/16/24 around 2:15 p.m.
Although it was not too busy, both of the employees working the line at the counter were fast, efficient and courteous. Way better than the nightmare one on Lecanto.
And; Thank You for the smiles, I left the store feeling better and in a good mood.

Went to Walgreens a day before Thanksgiving but couldn’t get my prescription because pharmacist is floating and I haft to wait until Friday for my Ventolin. If I have an asthma attack I’m screwed. Since I work for a major radio station I’m going to drag Walgreens down on the air tomorrow morning.

Always a delight to visit the pharmacy, Corey the pharmacist is such a caring person, always available for questions about meds or insurance or anything to do with pharmacy. She makes you feel like you are the only customer. 5 stars for her. All the other assistants to Corey are top class, special mention to Leah, though young I can tell she cares, she’s going places. In fact everyone in the whole store who I’ve interacted with were on the ball, the atmosphere overall was welcoming.
