I came in a few days ago to get prices for countertops for my kitchen. I only live a few Miles away. The lady I spoke with told me she would come out the next AM to measure and give me a price .
Next day comes no call no show. I call to see what happened and a lady said she couldn't make it. I'm like OK things happen but you didn't even call to tell me you weren't coming. First red flag.
She says she will call you tomorrow and come out then. We'll again no call no show. Take your business elsewhere very unproffesional..
Silver lining is they probably saved me from making a several thousand dollar mistake

I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Their countertop installation was acceptable but not excellent. The greater problem is their complete lack of customer service when the job is complete. When I asked for help to fix my countertops, they kept giving me the run around and never called back. After several Emails and calls, I have given up. I regret using this company and wanted to warn potential customers of how they operate their business. I never write poor reviews, but this was necessary to help others.

Avoid this place!! Took way too long to cut my countertop. Held up electrician, plumber, tiler, held up me moving into house. Finally installed and cut my bottom cupboard to fit the quartzite in a space. Left wide, unfinished gap that my finisher had to repair. Ivan needs to make good for the damage his installers caused. Did not clean the countertop when finished. Corners not even where they come together. Sloppy, sloppy work. Find another place to buy your countertop.

I give this company a five we did our kitchen and the changes I made require a huge piece of granite it took five guys to carry in and install in place because I wanted no seams they laid it down and the fit was perfect and currently getting granite for bath and laundry room so far great service

Very very very poor workmanship and even worse customer service. Had them do our entire new kitchen a few years ago and they still have not replaced damaged cabinets. Very poor quality of product and worse customer service. Avoid at all cost!

The company did a beautiful job with the granite tops we chose for our kitchen and baths. Professional install, they went out of there way. I would highly recommend this company. Prices are fair work is priceless. We are extremely happy.Ty again for a great job and top quality granite?

Watch out for this company. They order RTA cabinets and build them on site and play the 'bait and switch' game. Went there for a quote, gave lots of details as to what we wanted. Maritza called us later that day with our quote over the phone. Sounded great, so we agreed. Were told over the phone it was a 50% deposit. A few days later we went to finalize our details and pay the deposit. While going over the details, I noticed that many of the customized items we asked for were not included in the quote. Martiza claimed we never asked for them, and that would increase the quote, by another $2k! So, ok, mistakes happen, and we agreed to come back another day to again finalize the details. On that day, again we are sitting down to finalize details, and the same missed items are not in the quote "because we didn't ask for them" or "its not in my notes". so the price went up another $2500, and she is now asking for a 60% deposit! We walked away from this company because they obviously don't listen to their customers, are shady with the deposit collection, and if we wanted RTA cabinets, we would just order them online ourselves and cut out the middleman, which is exactly what we did in the end and saved $9k from their prices.
