The Verizon towers were down for maintenance today which is what brought me into the store. I talked to Edward about possibly upgrading my phone. He helped me find the best deal and was able to have Verizon not only pay off my old phone for me but also get my new phone on Verizon through a trade in promo. Amazing experience everything I come in to this store!!

What a great time in this store. They are always there with open arms and ready to help you out. The other thing I like about this place is how they find ways to help save you money, which who doesn't want to save money?. Today Jeff with a G aka Geoff helped me and even though he was with another customer he made sure that I was taken care of. He's a good multi tasker and a good person. Ask for him if you ever go in here!. Henry is always a good choice too. He's willing to go above and beyond for anyone!. I love this store!. Thank you so much and I will be back!

What I was told during my purchase was not what happened. I was charged for free items, I was locked into a 36 month contract without my knowledge and I was told Verizon would waive the activation fees which they did not. I have spent hours on the phone, moved around from department to department, ignored and argued with, not to mention talked down to by a floor supervisor. Run away from this store and Verizon for that matter, they have lost an 8 year customer with multiple lines out a complete disregard for the truth and a general lack of integrity.

I was upgrading my iphone 14 plus and i was on a promo to receive the iPhone 16 for free with trade in on unlimited plus. I had a loyalty promo which would cover the cost of buying out the remainder of the payment agreement. The phone was only supposed to cost $829.99 on verizon retail site and verizon authorized retailers.The store over charged me by 10 dollars for “remaining balance on trade device” The store charged me $39.99 for set up and go without telling me. Mr. Snow helped me out by giving me a courtesy credit for the set up and go fee which is $39.99. When i asked for help adjusting the cost of the phone the store refused.
