Nice people and helpful. I had to get a new phone yesterday and the associate that helped me was so helpful. He had been working for Verizon for years and he really knew what he was doing. I had some bad luck with my last iPhones so I bought a Google pixel 8 phone. He transferred the information for me and was an all around good guy with a lot of knowledge and patience. I will be back to see them again.

Beware!! Would give them 0 if I could. Worst representative of Verizon possible. No customer service unless you “buy” from them, despite the fact Verizon corporate sent us there. Young punk kids working there I guess because good help is hard to find so they are desperate. Will be transferring our 5 phones back to AT&T.

Super shady, didn’t give details about pricing unless you specifically asked. I went in to just get a new phone, a screen protector and a case, that was all. I told the sales guy that I just wanted those things, and I would pay it all in full so my monthly bill wouldn’t change. Obviously the next bill would be 35$ more cause they add a new phone fee but that didn’t bother me. He didn’t help me set up my phone, just rung my items up and sent me on my way. He then charged me for setting up my phone 40$, threw on a charger that was another 37$ that he didn’t tell me about and my monthly bill went up another 7$ cause he threw on a protection plan that he didn’t tell me about. He seemed like a nice guy but I guess I was wrong. If you’re thinking about going here make sure you ask about everything.
