Went in to register my mailbox with my occupancy permit . My last name was on it . Atty told me that’s all I needed . Lady was very rude . Said she needed my name on something . Told me to get out of line and not nicely .Amazon had delivered all of my boxes to the post office instead of my home. She said there was nothing there .
Called my husband and got out of line. Back in line with the same info and picture of the deed .
This time the gentleman took care of me . All I needed was the same info I had given her and when he checked I had 13 boxes there .
Rude horrible woman .
I would have left and am only here for 2 days . Something should be done about her .
She did the same thing to the man behind me. He had his closing package and she gave him such a hard time .. unnecessary and just horrible
The young man is excellent and kind .

Some dou^* bag at the front is always PMSing and has attitude every time I go in there. Run by a bunch of workers that must HATE their job.It's no wonder USPS is losing $500 million per year. Here is an idea: hire pleasant, competent employees that actually enjoy their job. It is still a customer service business whether you like it or not.Please close this miserable excuse for a post office if you can't fix this problem. Area residents don't want (or need) to be subjected to this rude staff of incompetent people each time we enter this black hole of an excuse for a post office.I will drive further to go to the other PO from now on and I strongly suggest whomever is reading this review to do the same.To the Hernando Post Office Staff:IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR LIFE THEN CHANGE IT - LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO BE MISERABLE!

Had to start making sure my deliveries come fedex,usps won't deliver if road to bumpy,driveway too long,or if city street is eroded and they have to reach a little further,my guess is their cariers are under paid over worked,

RJ was the meanest post office staff I ever encounter. I came to buy a money order and send it to PR. Sold me the money order and I proceeded to fill it up and put in the envelope. He asked me if I was done because he was going to lock the door. I said I just need to complete the address in the enveloped and he said that I will need to come back Monday because he needed to close. I was inside just finishing. He made me leave.

Poor customer service. Ive never had a problem with them before but my box came ripped open right through the middle of the amazon tape and on the ends the edge of the box torn open,and they say it was the sorting machine! Apparently everyone knows everyone personally and they would never open a package so it must be the machine. Im so over it!
