Great classic crossfit box with great programming and coaching. Functional fitness workouts scalable for all skill levels and body types. Enjoyed my drop-ins while visiting the area. Thanks Coach Jen!

I dropped in at CrossFit PBA everyone was welcoming, staff were extremely professional! I'll definitely drop in again next time I'm in town!

This Crossfit is a hidden GEM in our Citrus county. It is built and run by Coach Jenny, who is truly an amazing human and an incredible CF coach. No matter your fitness level is when you show up, she will meet you where you're at and help you get where you need to go. Don't hesitate to give it a try
