We previously had AT& T but couldn’t get 5 G in our area paying high dollar for dropped calls & we had to sit outside to talk on our phones at our home, wouldn’t work inside our house etc etc since moved here. “The Verizon towers were down for maintenance today which is what brought me into the store. I talked to Edward about possibly upgrading my phone. He helped me find the best deal and was able to have Verizon not only pay off my old phone for me but also get my new phone on Verizon through a trade in promo. Amazing experience everything I come in to this store!!”
