I'm leaving a one star just so this can be seen. She will sit with you and be nice but the whole time your sitting there with her, she's texting on her phone. She messed up my taxes for the second. This time I won't receive my text refund until the end of June because she messed up and wouldn't do anything to fix it until the IRS actually sent me the letter saying it was messed up. I do not repeat do not go to her. Tbh I don't think she is even update on her tax information.
