Stopped in the Hernando Fl facility to rent a 10x10 storage unit. We need it for 2-3 months. Met Sheldon and Howard. Howard asked all the right questions and we determined that we actually need twice that size and one with climate control. Howard showed real concern for our belongings - I'm sure if we had gone anywhere else, they would have given us exactly what we asked for - and we would have had mold and mildew to contend with. We're so thankful that God led us to Howard, Mission Storage in Hernando.

How do you express the gratitude due a total stranger who would go WAY out of their way to help you in one the most stressful times in your life? Howard, in spite of the difficulties he faced in attempting to collect my granddaughter's delinquent account was more than kind and helpful in making it possible for me to close out her account. I will always be grateful for his respectful and compassionate treatment of me in this situation. If you are looking for a place to store your treasures that is clean and where the people do all they can to help, Mission Storage on Norvel Bryant in Hernando is the first place to look.
