Drove quite a ways to ensure my disabled husband had a choice of chairs and they are packed with just about everything you could want ...Except for massage with the other must have features but we ended up with a impressive recliner for a great price - The sales person Diego was fun and informative to work with and put us at ease ..No high pressure just the facts of the products with good natured personality ....The delivery fees are double what they should be but the excellent set up took away the sting of that ....Excellent all around !

The Showroom person was very helpful. I describe my needs and he made helpful suggestions. He then made suggestions that went beyond my description. I was a bit taken back that the 6 months same as cash was through a third-party financer and was not available unless the financer agreed. I wish that had been clearer on their website. They had the chair I wanted in the color I wanted in stock. I had them deliver to my home -- which was about an hour away. They called me arrived on time. Set up the chair and cleaned up all the packing. They moved my old chair to the curve. I would definitely recommend using them

We have purchased 3 chairs at different times from this store. One chair is 5 yrs old and needed repair. Parts were ordered. After tech left, we realized chair still was not right. Another tech was sent, with a different part for this older chair. This tech was very thorough. The chair now seems to be working properly ! We are very pleased with this service!

I had been shopping on line for a power lift chair for quite some time. I was at first impressed with Citrus Lift Chair Showroom Inc. But continued my search in many different directions. I guess I was going through a learning process. On Friday, before Independence Day 2022. I went with my youngest daughter to Hernando FL.to the Citrus Lift Showroom Inc. Alex met us at the front door and was very accommodating. Keep in mind that I was only shopping and not really intending to purchase anything that day and only wanted to increase my knowledge about power lift/recliner chairs so that I could eventually make a well informed and wise purchase. Alex was very patient and helpful, I never felt pressured. There must have been at least ninety power lift chairs in the store. I can’t say that I tried them all out, because I actually fell in love with the second one that Alex showed me. It fit me perfectly and anyone could tell that it was quality and would outlast me and probably my grandchildren. I not only bought one chair but two exactly alike. The purchase transaction went very smooth. The delivery was promptly made to my home in Ocala on Tuesday afternoon, the day after Independents Day. The delivery man was very professional and rearranged my furniture and removed my old recliner. I seldom ever spend money on myself especially for my own comfort. And when I do, I usually suffer from buyers remorse. You can believe me, I do NOT regret this purchase. While it took quite awhile for their arrival it was definitely worth the wait. Delivery was no problem. The delivery man was efficient and knows his job. Even helped with putting or old chairs in the garage. So very pleased with our purchase. We thank our friends for telling us about these chairs!

I visited the Citrus Lift Chair Showroom on Norvell Bryant Hwy. in Hernando. I received the best customer service that I had gotten since I started searching for a bariatric lift chair! The manager, Alex, was friendly and knowledgeable about the chairs in his showroom. They offer "white glove" delivery, sometimes the same day of the purchase! This company even offers it's own warranty plan, which is much more responsive than the traditional manufacturer warranty. They'll make the repair or loan you a chair within 48 hours or even sooner!I bought a Pride dual motor bariatric chair that supports 500 lbs. or more, as I really needed a comfortable, dependable chair for my husband. (His wheelchair is not comfortable for very long). We've had 2 other disappointing brands of lift chairs that had stopped working within 2 years. The price for the Pride lift chair was competitive, especially since it includes great customer service and Pride reports to be North America's "1 brand for lift chairs". Although we did have 2 separate service calls within about a month of delivery of the chair, it was for simple adjustments of the internal parts. The owner, Joe", assured me that they would make certain to come over as soon as possible, and sure enough, "John" came and repaired the chair, which was just a simple servicing. My next request for service was about a month later, and Alex, the Manager, came out the very next day and had it repaired in just a few minutes. I think that the owner, Joe, is definitely hands on with his employees and is a very good businessman that ascertains good customer service! I feel good knowing that Alex will take care of us in a very timely manner if we need a service call and/or a loaner chair. He's really knowledgeable about his chairs!While I was a customer of the Citrus store, I do believe that the other locations are just as good, as they all work together as a team. Again, kudo's to Alex, John and Joe! I recommend Citrus Lift Chair Showroom, and their additional offerings, along with their selection and dependability, and especially the customer service that I received!
