I’m so glad I found Citrus Hill! The gel manicure and pedicure were perfect and brought me so much happiness. The staff is friendly and professional, and the relaxing atmosphere made me feel completely at ease. I felt really taken care of. Highly recommend!

I went to Citrus Hills Nails to get a French pedicure. I have never been treated so bad by a nail tech in my life! I've been getting pedicures for over 20 yrs I have no corns, calluses or marks on my feet or toes, but the tech picked up my foot with 2 fingers like I had the worst germs or disease ever imaginable. She hit my foot twice with the buffer and then proceeded to clean my nail bed off then she dried my foot off and was getting ready to polish my toe nail. I asked her what was she doing? She gave no response, so I told her to stop. I was so upset I got up went to the cashier and told him what happened and he said well that's a pedicure and what you asked for. I said she didn't do anything and he said that's the price of a pedicure. I just went on ahead and paid the $27.00 for nothing cus I was so upset. I was so pissted off I just left. Then my husband said why did you pay and you didn't get your feet done. So I took a few minutes to cool off I then turned around went back and spoke to the owner and she gave me what I had asked for which was a French pedicure. I didn't appreciate getting treated so nasty by a nail tech! I'll never go back there again they try to make fast money for doing! $27 dollars for doing nothing!

Went in for an emergency pedicure to go on a vacation...toes were cut so short they actually hurt! Walking around Italy I was in pain. Now one of my toes is growing really weird and thick...trust me I will never do that on a whim again! Terrible

I’ve never felt so enraged in a nail salon before until today, I was completely dissatisfied with the service I got today. I had an appt for acrylic nails and after I told the man what i was there for, he starting asking my partner and I if we wanted pedicures too. We told the guy no, multiple times. Despite my affirmative nos, they told a worker to set up a station to put me in chair. I told the man I only wanted nails , but he proceeded to hand me a pamphlet of the different type of pedicures. It was starting to cause a scene as they he tried to continue to upsell me and I just kept saying “no, nails only” and I felt pressured to sit in the chair as the worker was sitting by the chair, looking at me as if I was wasting their time. My partner said no , and after the 6th time they listened , but she was met with dirty looks. I gave in because I was embarrassed by that point because of scene it caused and I went through a basic pedicure. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable, enraged and saddened, as I’ve been a regular customer for years now and I will be finding a new place. You don’t make customers feel like that, especially after the first no.

I have been going to this salon for over a year now. I have always had pleasant experiences until today.
I didn't catch his name but I believe he is from the Philippines and he just moved here from Massachusetts... This gentleman asked me 3 different times if I wanted gel nails. I explained I had worn them for years and my nails were like rice paper when I was finished so I felt it wasn't a good choice for me.
He then sarcastically said I had so much growth on my nails that it looked like I hadn't had them done in a long long time. Well I actually had them done 3 weeks ago at this salon ? I have been getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks for over 30 years now so I don't consider them neglected in the least.
The next thing I noticed unusual is he did not ask if I wanted my nails filed or cut. He just cut my toes and filed my fingers ?
This salon had about 8 men working and only 2 women. I found this ratio rather bizarre. Personally I prefer a female as they are usually more detailed. I have noticed they have changed nail techs multiple times in the past few months. I think it's time for me to find a new nail salon.

I love my full set! Beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! However my pedicure was extremely rushed. The tech did not make sure it was relaxing either. He used hot stones way too aggressively and was rubbing my ankle bone either the stones and it really hurt. He ignored me when I asked him not to do that cause it hurt. Overall I wouldn’t waste money or time on a pedicure. The entire salon could use a serious dusting and deep clean as well. It’s pretty dirty and everything is pretty dusty. My tech didn’t sanitize anything after we were done I watched him put the tools used on my hands into the drawer after simply wiping them off. Pretty gross. Won’t be returning.

I have gone to this salon multiple times in the past, and i honestly love it there. They are quick and efficient and always make sure that they get everything right. I will continue to go to them for a very long time !! <33

I was not treated the same as the white customers by the technicians. They didn’t ask if I wanted water or even wine during my spa pedicure. My recommendation is to be careful of showing that difference because you never know who your customer my be.

I went with my wife while she got her nails done . This place had a great atmosphere, and everyone one was so pleasant and friendly. They did an amazing job on her nails, and she loves them.

I've been going there for quite some time and normally the owner Jimmy does my nails. Today his rudeness was at a number 10. I will never ever go back there and I will never take my friends to get pedicures with me there either. The worst service ever my nails may look good but There's no excuse for rudeness.
