Apparently asking the lady who works the register to do her job was too much to ask. When I went to the self-checkout I simply asked her if a doughnut would ring up or if she needed to do it. She started by looking at me like i was bothering her rolling her eyes then gave me a snotty remark "yeah it'll do it just put it up there", with a very harsh negative tone. Then when I asked for a pack of my cigarettes she once again seemed inconvenienced, and stated "will that be all this time!" in an elevated nasty attitude voice. Mind you, I had only been at the self check out for about 45 seconds to one whole minute. I used cash at first and then I had to use my card and the Machine had a problem and she said "I really don't need this tonight" again with the harsh tone and attitude. Also because the card reader doesn't read properly unless you push the card and hold it up into the card reader once again she's rolling her eyes and looking at me like I'm the problem. I seriously think she needs to go on to day shift, night shift not working out for her very well.

Saturday, I stood in line for 10 minutes while people tried to figure out how to pay. The old white lady clerk was no help seeing as she is off to the side of the hotdog roller being talked into giving free drinks and food to the pan handlers...worked like a charm for the black dude,white dude and the poor black dog chained up in the front parking space customers can't use because they are loitering.

Why does this location have two people working. But has sign saying use the self checkout. Why bother having two people on the clock if not going to do anything but hang out and smoke cigarettes? Customers shouldn’t have to do the job the customer service rep is hired to do

Excellent store & team members!!!I don't say this often. However, this Circle K & the crew members that make the store run smoothly deserve the praise. The store has an impressive selection of bottle/canned drinks & snacks, fountain drinks, frosters, fresh coffee & even a Subway on site.After some bad experiences at other Circle K locations, this store was a blessing to find. They had everything I was looking for & all the equipment was working correctly. Every crew member I talked to was very friendly, professional, and happy to help.This is a smaller size store with 4 fuel pumps. This store stays pretty busy. So keeping that in mind you may have to wait a few minutes to pump fuel, depending on the time of day.I hope this information helps, till next time stay frosty.~FNHUSA57
