I recently moved closer to this store and thought it would be nice to have a local store to shop at rather than the big box stores as I always try to shop local. Unfortunately, I was treated so badly this morning I will never go back. They’ve lost a customer over a $20 shovel! The owner and other man in the store were so rude shouting they’ve been in business for X number of years. I’m not really sure how! ??

Walked around. Looking for a part for 20 minutes. Couldn't find anybody to help me find it. Went down the road to Lowe's. Paid $20 less than what they advertise it for online here. I was willing to pay the extra for the convenience but this place isn't convenient

Customer service was terrible. I saw 3 people working and not one of them asked me if I needed help. Girl at the register was more interested in her phone than me.

Every time I come here the staff is ready to help and they are extremely knowledgeable with their products. I could go to another place closer but I go out of my way to come me here.

Smaller hometown feel to this store. It doesn't have as large of a selection as some of the other aces in the county, however it most likely has what you need. The staff is always helpful and kind, it's quick, convenient, and there's a store cat.

if I could rate this place a zero I would the owner is completely disgusting and disrespectful and has no respect for anybody. I literally went in for one small item that would’ve cost around three dollars and he didn’t even want to look up when I asked him about it. Instead he rolled his eyes so I continue to ask the other worker and ask what’s his problem and even the other worker said he’s always like that. The owner, then proceeds to disrespect me curse me out and tells me to get out of his store. Completely completely unprofessional don’t ever go here

The manager needs to get a personality. He accused me of driving over a pallet of dirt. I think I would have felt the impact if I had done it. The cashier and the young man who loaded my purchase were very professional and kind.. The Beverly Hills Ace is a much nicer store and they care about their customers. No more trips to Hernando Ace.

Ace is my #1 choice for getting tools, nuts, bolts, nails. Anything to do with home life. The staff are helpful, they know what they are talking about. If I need anything and Ace doesn't have it in stock, I order online. If I need a 3/8 left thread hex nut, I know Ace will have it and the quantity I need. First choice, Ace Hardware.
