We had movers at our home and no truck to put our things in! “It was an easy drop off experience. I had a one way rental on a 15' truck from Texas to Florida. When I rented it I wasn't sure of the U-Haul location I would drop it off at in Florida. My husband called this location when the truck was unloaded and they said we could bring it to them. The office was still open when we arrived. He came out, looked in the back, looked at the fuel gauge, wrote down the odometer reading and we went inside for him to close out the rental on the computer. He double checked that the texts we had with U-Haul about the windshield wipers were listed on the account, made a copy of the receipt for the new wipers and wrote down the main number for me to call about getting reimbursed. He was friendly, helpful and easy to do business with!”
