“As a first time home buyer all I can say is Eric Putt and his team is the Absolute BEST! I've heard so many horror stories about the home buying process and how stressful, draining and nerve racking it can be. This was NOT our experience! The hardest part was filling out the initial stuff out online and that wasn't even difficult. I called Eric on Dec 7th and we closed on Dec 29th! When I made that very 1st call to Eric, I told him I was clueless about the process but we found a home we want to buy and he took the wheel. His first question was how much money can we comfortably put down without over extending ourselves and he NEVER ONCE ASKED FOR MORE, he actually got us under that number! He guided us step by step, he even explained things that is normally the done by a real estate agent. This was a private sale and no agent was involved! Eric referred us to a real estate attorney, recommend a few different home inspectors and everyone he put us in contact with was amazing! Waterstone even sent us multiple quotes for home owners insurance. We knew what was going on as it happened...everyone kept in contact with us daily and their communication was top notch. This was the easiest buying process EVER! Even the sellers couldn't believe how easy and smooth the sale went.No one believed us when we said we were closing at the end of the month. Well, WE DID! This time i must send since i moved to Florida still work for Department of Navy by accident:)These two people must be appreciated in Altamonte Springs, FloridaIt was on Thursday if I recollect -i have gone many times after I moved on October 9th 2023....This last Thursday January 4th 2024...had time crunch and work pressure, it was Lunch time or sort of pretty close to end of my shift...i went to Navy Federal , it was a long line, - Ms. Heaven- hopefully it is the right name-she was sitting in front desk on that day instead of cashier- she was quick to help me how to get that deposited and Dona. She was extremely helpful. Other person who helped to get my (it is hard to put that in this social media) so fast due to ? unable to put here- he was amazing younger brother -his name was Mr. Cristian brother- very nice gentleman - on January 4th he was in the Cashier or Teller or service for depositing or so , but he helped earlier-this is a long due for him... please ensure to pass on this good note to upper management.. Manager and Assistant manager for that branch always says hello and they remember me somehow- too much Asian Indian thick accent with always smiling:) Appreciated- Please pass this on to Upper management please- Appreciated again.Sri”
