“Wish I had gotten the technicians name because she was amazing, friendly, professional and efficient. I was nervous because of bad reviews I read about other Labcorps. The room was clean and looks sanitary as did the restroom. I told her I get fainty with needles but I barely felt this. There’s no receptionist, check in is automated and simple. I got there 15 minutes early as recommended and I was happy to see I could wait “where I was comfortable, like my car” so I let them know I was in my car. Then I went inside a few minutes before my appointment time and the technician was ready for me within two minutes.”
“I recently visited Quest Diagnostics at 1418 W First St, Sanford, FL 32771, for a routine blood analysis, and I had a fantastic experience. Kathy was the technician who drew my blood, and she was absolutely amazing at her job. She found my vein on the first try, making the entire process quick and painless. Her professionalism and skill made me feel at ease throughout the visit. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing lab work done. The staff, especially Kathy, are top-notch!”

“I just want to say thank you to Mindy for helping me out this morning. I had an appointment at their Longwood office today at 745am that I made weeks ago, when I pulled into the parking lot I noticed a note on the door that the location was temporarily closed. Almost at the same moment I got a email that my appointment had been cancelled. No phone call or text or where to go to get seen. I put the Lake Mary location in my gps and figured it was worth a shot. When I got there I spoke to Mindy at the front desk, showed her the picture of the Longwood front door, and she just responded with "No worries, come on back". She had me in, done, and out within 5 minutes. I know their closing wasn't her problem but she went above ad beyond to make it right. Thank you very much!”

“I walked in early in the am, since there were no appointments for weeks. When I was called in under 30-minutes... I was amazed. I apologized to the tech for not being able to book an online appointment, which I usually do, and she was truly a great representative for Quest! She was kind, understanding, and made my visit so easy, I thought I owed her something else. 100% - I would recommend the West Lake Mary Blvd Quest to everyone. Clean, ample seating, bright, with even brighter staff. So I should wright what I said when I was there... Thank you, this was far better than I would have anticipate, Thank you. They will be my only Go-To lab moving forward.”
“OK so I didn't read the reviews until I got to the office so I was a little bit nervous because I didn't really see any good reviews but the staff inside was very nice to me. I was not able to fill out the paperwork I needed ahead of time because the app did not have it, but they supplied it to me inside when I met with Dr. Anita she was very respectful professional and she did have a nurse practitioner with her which most doctors do nowadays I requested for a female and she was able to fulfill that request she was able to help me on my first visit with several issues that I had. I was not only astonished by surprise that she was not given me a hard time or trying to be difficult, which I have experienced with other doctors, I would definitely recommend this doctor and this is only my first visit. She was straight to the point and wanted me to start getting work done. I do have other appointments about four different ones but it is for my health. I will definitely be back”

“Abby is incredible! I have had negative experiences in the past at other places where I've fainted or gotten sick. Abby let me lay down, used a small needle and talked me through the whole thing. Didn't pass out or faint. Arrived with anxiety and leaving light and relieved. Felt little to nothing. Definitely recommend!”

“My appointment was for 7:10 am. I was able to check in at 7:00 a.m. and as I walked in the door the lady was standing there waiting for me. I was out before my original appointment time. The lady was very good at her job. She was very courteous”
“My phlebotomist was Kelly. She was amazing!! I didn't feel a thing. No bruising afterwards either. Kelly is the best! My appointment was on a Tuesday morning at 7:30. Only one person was ahead of me. I was called immediately back after I signed in. Making an early appointment is key to avoiding a long wait time.”
