Just read all the 1 star reviews! Stay away from this business. Same problem. Ordered a part and immediately received a tracking number. It’s been 7 days and still USPS has not received the item. Company claims it was picked up next day. Thankfully the part was ordered via Amazon and I will be filing a claim for refund with them. Don’t bother trying to call the phone number listed for them. No one ever picks up and you can’t leave a message.

It's exceptionally rare that I write negative reviews; however, due to the nature of my transaction with this company, I find it necessary to warn prospective consumers.I placed an order on 6 October 2023, with a guaranteed delivery date of 13 October via Ebay. Currently, the item purchased is still awaiting delivery to USPS even though the company charged my card and had a shipping label created.Since the date of purchase, on 18 October 2023, I called the number provided on Google and was sent to voice-mail- which does not allow recording.I've filed a dispute requesting a refund through Ebay. Had I received my item purchased on the projected delivery date, I would not have gotten a "fix-it" ticket on my motorcycle last Friday.Shady business practice, and poor integrity (or lack thereof) from this company; 10/10 do NOT recommend.

They sent me the wrong size stem then tried charging me for returning it. They then made numerous different false claims to try and not send me my full refund, luckily I kept evidence of everything and they were forced to refund me. Otherwise there is no chance they would've helped me at all. Horrible customer service and willing to try scamming customers over petty amounts. only 1 star review I've ever taken the time to give

I purchased an item through Amazon Marketplace (Orange Cycle Parts [OCP]) on 6/26/23. I began to suspect there was a problem when the USPS Tracking tool said for the last 12 days: "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" which in postal lingo means the Post Office did not receive the shipment from the merchant OCP. I tried calling OCP 3 times, no one answered. Then I looked at past Google reviews for OCP and saw they've pulled these shenanigans before. I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Unbelievable service and purchase of a new bike. They guys where amazing!!!! extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!!!! So glad I drove 2 hrs to get there and deal with these amazing guys!!

Similar to others, I ordered a part and quickly got a shipping tracking number. However, the package is still pending pick up after 3 weeks. Attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccessful. Wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering on Amazon. Beware!

Awesome ppl at Orange Cycle helped me get on an ebike I was looking all over for. Very professional and helpful ppl there. Would definitely recommend anyone that's buying an ebike or needs parts.

Ordered expensive parts online, was notified their address accepted delivery over a week ago, and thats where the package has remained. No response to my calls or messages. Based on other reviews and information, I suspect we will file a complaint.

Uses the cheapest shipping method possible. If you stopped using USPS that would help your seemingly PR problem.

I ordered a mountain bike seat that's hard to come by and tends to sell out fast. 10 days after I placed my order the item hadn't arrived even though the listed expected delivery date hadn't changed. When I looked into it further I saw that tracking hadn't progressed past local pickup. I contacted Orange Cycle Parts and they immediately canceled my order and issued a refund without asking if that would satisfy me as a consumer (it did not, since other sellers had run out of the item by that time and I was left in the lurch). A reputable business would have reached out to me to ask if they could ship me a replacement using a more reliable method than having USPS pick up from their location. Didn't they go through business practices 101, where you learn that when a customer has a bad experience it's up to you as the seller to try to make things right?

Like all the others have said time and time again , These people print out a label and never ship your item. Also had to dispute on my credit card to get my money back. This is just plain sad ! Horrible shop
