The pharmacy girl that was there today was quite rude was a very unprofessional person so much that I will be going to Walgreens for my prescription from now on my next email will be to a news station and social media I'm absolutely tiered of being treated this way from people that are supposed to be professionals.

Worst customer service, I have experience in a local store. Something so simple as getting a passport picture taken, apparently comes with attitude. This is after I showed them how to use their camera. I waited for her to figure out how to use the printer machine, how to use the camera. Surprise when my picture came out blurry she re-did it. Just to find out it hadn’t been fixed. Then she asked the brand new employee to do her job for her. I asked for a redo. After I got the camera to stop taking blurry pictures, because the brand new guy hadn’t noticed my necklace was all turned over. I just asked for one more redo to fix it. She comes out of no-where like she had been helping the whole time; “replied we have better things to do then take your pic again.” I should have left right then. My passport picture wasn’t even cut right when I got home I still see the line that should have been cut. If you offer passport pictures, train your employees. Costumers shouldn’t have to show them how to work the camera or wait for them to figure out how to work the photo machine. Then feel bad for asking to have a decent picture. This happened around 3 pm. I’ll be sure to add her name when I find out.

The store staff and Pharmacy staff are aways so nice and helpful. I have never had any problems at CVS. The store is super clean at all time, and I have made compliments in the store about this.

Since 2013 CVS in Hawthorne has been my pharmacy. Most of the staff has tried to be professional and helpful. The same cannot be said for the pharmacist! Lost my information after being told they didn’t accept my insurance, then when I did have the right insurance- now the pharmacist acted like I was never there before. She lost the phone number to get my meds transferred- no one called me to replace the phone number (to the very pharmacy they sent my scripts to not a month ago) and I have an urgent need for my medicine. Next I’m told they don’t even carry my prescription and have to get it from another CVS 24 miles away! They don’t care to keep my business or if I drop dead! This is not the only time this pharmacy has made the same issues! They take zero ownership for their treatment of people!

Covid 19 related things are a bit weird, other than that this CVS location is slightly more nostalgic because I have some memories there.

Stunningly unprofessional to prevent customers from shopping at the store just cuz you decided to start your end-of-day chores way before closing, but that is what was done by two bitter older ladies working on Saturday Aug 28 at 8pm. ... Just passing thru town on a multi-state roadtrip. Needed one thing. When I saw this CVS that might carry what I was looking for, I said "THANK GOD" but after a surreal interaction w these two, I left empty handed, shaking my head, saying, "DEAR GOD" .

Walked in was going to use restrooms but they said closed ... not legal to not have restroom facilities for employees. Got what I needed, went to check out. Waited several minutes by the register, no employee to be seen. Left merchandise on counter and left. In other words, typical CVS.

On 12/29/2021, my friend made an appointment for rapid COVID testing at the CVS store in Hawthorne, FL. He arrived at the drive thru testing area at the scheduled time, but was informed that he "was not in their system". He gave the attendant his appointment confirmation number, however the only response he received (again) was that he was not in their system. The attendant did not offer to look into the situation or to reschedule the test. The CVS employees displayed a total lack of concern and customer service. I will not be returning to this store.
