Wait is always forever... I refuse to let anyone see my kid but Dr.Bryan as he has always been great with kids. Since brining my son here i have felt as if has getting inadequate care.Dr.montavlo speaks down on to parents as if they have no idea what they are doing. when you call nobody answers, and lastly half the time customer service is at a low someone always has an attitude

Terrible! Can’t get referrals or prescriptions correct or done when needed. You have to constantly call and follow up. Meanwhile some of the office staff including my provider are talking about lunch and personal problems.

They do not answer the phone, I had to contact them via social media before an appointment was made. And all they do is write prescriptions! They don't answer the phones because they do not care.

Receptionist needs to learn what patience, kindness and respect is. If you don’t have these qualities, do everyone the favor of not working at a medical practice or with people at all. Doctor is great but they seriously need a new receptionist at the front desk to attend patients. Very unpleasant to deal with, go somewhere else.

“Doctor” Montavelo has to be the MOST irresponsible, inconsiderate unprofessional, biased, discriminatory “doctor” I have ever seen.. My husband was in need of a handicap pass due to his physical conditions (part of his left side is completely shattered). This women straight to our faces told us “since you are not my patient I didn’t even bother reading over your chart.” (Which may I add I do have video recording her saying that verbatim^) So she knowingly as a “medical professional” bluntly denied his request for a handicap pass without further reason, But she as well took ONE look at his physical features & made her decision that he was not “fitting” for one (according to her standards) .. Yet as you see below we went & saw a REAL medicinal professional a REAL doctor one who listens to the patients & doesn’t throw out biased discriminatory judgements instead of properly diagnosing the patient. The treatment & the attitude we were given was completely unacceptable and I will make sure that everyone in this community knows of the lack of humanism & professionalism Montavelo has.

Won't be going back. ?? Having a Allergic reaction In my opinion is dangerous I called Friday and I still haven't heard from them and I called yesterday which was Monday Still no response who leaves their patients hanging Is very unprofessional

Brian Brooks was awesome as always. Front office staff was great and Liz was always a pleasure to talk to. The new pharmacist was by himself today but was still very courteous and efficient in getting my son's prescriptions out quickly.

they now refuse to see me without a face diaper even though I have COPD and literally cant breathe wearing their ineffectual face mask, I told them I actually passed out the one time I wore a mask. they are very hateful and unprofessional, they spew liberal anti American propaganda.

Went in at 8 am.. No one in lobby. Said I needed appointment. Sign on window says walk ins from 8am to 11am. Strike 1. So they tell me I can be seen at 9. Took 7 days to get refills o prescription. Worst clinic I have ever dealt with.

Trying to get my refill on steroids for my chronic arthritis, but they keep playing phone tag, while my joints ache and disintegrate.Medical staff suck.Thank you for the swollen feet and hands and painful joints, you could have helped me today.
