second time using ace hardware since the new owners took over. I must say the best thing they did is hire Donna ,her expertise in the plumbing department is second to none.and there inventory is excellent. Keep up the good work guys thanks for making hawthorne better in all aspects

Ever since Brian bought this store, it's went crappy. The prices are higher. The cashier is minimally trained. They can take e-gift cards but haven't been trained, nor want to. I've tried to use my gift card several times on several different occasions, but it's always the same reaction, (I don't know and I'm not asking) .

This is like an old fashioned corner hardware. They have most stuff except power drills electric saws etc... Staff is friendly & helpful to find nails paint screws door hardware & plumbing maybe a small mower basic lumber. This is not a big box store.
