“I have always considered this my main Publix. I have tried others but always come here most. Today is an excellent example of why. I am the guardian of a non-reading adult. She did not know of the 'BOGO" on her favorite butter she had just bought. I knew it was on sale and explained that she might get her second tub of butter. I offered to take her, but she wanted to do it herself. Well, she had no problems getting her other container, the excellent service at the counter assisted her, and she was very proud of her ability to handle it herself. And beyond today's excellent service, the stockers here are always facing off the shelves, keeping stock in and rotating well- especially their produce and cold isle (butter?) section is always beautiful.”

“Nicole (the manager) was outstanding. Although she was busy, she noticed me searching for something, and she politely asked if she could help. She then quickly clarified what was (and was not) available, given COVID, and pointed me to an alternative solution. She was already busy, managing inventory, on the phone, checking and sorting boxes, but she made the extra effort to put the inventory on hold for a few moments and help a customer. And then she made sure to meet me at checkout to ensure I'd found what we'd discussed! Most folks would have avoided the extra work. She sought it out, looking for a way to help. And she didn't just do the one gesture (telling me where it was); she made the second gesture, too (confirming I'd found it!). It's things like this that give you hope in humanity. Seriously. “I have been with the company or the last 3 years and I just made my last payment and I am currently debt free. It would have taken over 10 years if I kept doing what I was doing. Simone was such a great help and even worked with my sister as well to help get her out of debt. She actually sent me a check for $300 bucks for having my sister sign up as well. Would highly suggest anyone with debt that actually reads these to sign up. They dont handle student loans like some of these other comments mention and they were clear and upfront about when my payment would be made as I picked the date that it was made. My account manager Jean Paul was amazing with always sending me updates on what was happening on my account so I was not worried resulting in me calling in all the time to get updates. (Its just who i am) Great team and would highly recommend to anyone dealing with debt who wants to save money and get out of debt while boosting your credit score.”
