“Windres Auto repair saved me probably hundreds of dollars in fake repairs. Many of these auto repair shops misdiagnose the problem, as this is what HAPPENED TO ME. I was told one thing was wrong, so I fixed, and still had the same problem. This happened not once but three times. I finally took my vehicle to Windres, and he repaired what I asked but found the real problem and repaired that as well, without charging additional money. I sincerely appreciate a mechanic that does NOT try and take advantage of women, who may not know much about vehicles, like me. However, Windres is more interested in helping people and doing a quality job on your vehicle. He repaired my vehicle, and I sincerely appreciate him and his professional team. Thank you! I was so amazed by how she spoke of him that I told my car two hours from Miami to get it over to him. And when I did, I was even more surprised by his immense consideration for his clients. My car, unfortunately would have costed more to fix than to buy a new one and where most mechanics would not tell you that and insist on doing the work anyway Dan was very straightforward with me and told me the truth that I’m better off not doing the work with him and getting another car. Anyone who works with mechanics before knows how unheard of this kind of upstanding professionalism from a mechanic is. He also helped me in other ways that are too long to mention here. “Today I got a screw in one of my rear tires on my BMW. I called here and the gentleman told me he could come around 2 o’clock. The gentleman texted me at 1:45 and said he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes Arrived in that time and came and took care of my car and removed the screw from my tire and fixed it perfectly. I cannot say what a great service this is and a nice gentleman who runs this business save so much time. Yes, it’s a little bit more money but not to wait an hour and two and sitting in a waiting room waiting for your car to be done is such a convenience they have it done at your home , I will definitely use them again”
