Recently received a notice in my box to pick up a small package from the window when the small package could've easily fit in one of the many key-entry larger boxes. I tried calling the Havana Post Office between 15 and 20 times the following business day to request that my small package be placed in one of the larger keyed boxes, but I got no answer -- all day. After making a special trip to claim the small package during business hours, I inquired about the lack of response to my repeated phone calls. The attendant replied, "well, if I'm busy, I cannot take calls." I find it very hard to believe that over the course of an entire day, there was a line of folks in the Havana post office preventing a single answer to the phone. Very poor service, as usual. And we pay for this?!?!

Multiple failed deliveries when we’ve CLEARLY been home. No one knocks. The workers are lazy and won’t even walk to the door when they can clearly see there are cars parked in the drive way and it is obvious someone is home to receive the delivery. Makes no sense as the deliveries didn’t even require a signature. No reason not to get OUT OF THEIR VEHICLE AND SIT THE PACKAGE ON THE PORCH. Never experienced this with any other delivery companies. Poor service with every package delivery. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pay the extra for FedEx, UPS, or Amazon drivers bc USPS will not deliver it to your home.

I never have problems with this post office, they are very sweet at the front desk, they actually can send out and not lose a package the size of a letter unlike the main location in Tallahassee.So far no problems.

I received a notice that they were unable to deliver a package. I don't know what the issue is if I have received other packages and we were home on the day they said they attempted to. I have been calling for the past 4 days and no one has EVER answered. No one EVER answers the phone! SMH!

Every postal worker from this location has always bent over backwards for me. These are top notch Federal workers making certain my mail and packages get to my address. Hats off to you guys and gals!

Can you give less than one star? No one cares about a job well done any more.I had 4 things to be deliveried and 2 were delivered and the other two said "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible." Sounds like laziess to me! If that were to case how did the other two end up in the mail box?Your voice mail says you open back up at 1Pm, why will no one answer the phone at 1:30PM? tried calling more than once!! This is crazy, Can I get a job with yall? Apparently I wouldn't be expected to actually work are do much of anything!!!

This specific usps is horrible. The deliverers are completely lazy! Missing packages, so I always change the delivery to be delivered to my door but instead they take it to the front office and put it in the hands of someone else. Do not work if you’re going to be lazy.

I had to give this postoffice one star because there was no option for zero stars. My package was marked "attempted delivery" at 10:39am and available for pick up at postoffice. When the carrier came later, I approached her and asked why it was not delivered. Her response " packages where over sized". Myself being a retired rural mail carrier, I had never heard of this. Talking to Postmaster, she said they were too big for carrier's car, I said then she needs a bigger vehicle and I had never heard that excuse before. This is not the 1st time I've gone to postoffice to pick up packages. So unsatisfactory way to operate.

We aren't getting our mail and haven't the last 4 days and our neighbor's are. Contacted the post office and was told we would be called back. That hasn't happened either. It's bad enough not getting mail but especially important things we are waiting on. We receive emails daily showing what we are getting and we haven't gotten anything. We aren't happy at all. Someone needs to get it together.

when the loads are going to be taken at dawn, the inconvenience it causes is unbearable, since it does not have a ramp for the trucks and they do nothing to fix it, Amazon should take more measures with the conditions for unloading

There are repeated instances of a package being marked as "an attempt was made to deliver your package, but there was no access to delivery location". I was here the entire time. And I was outside at the time of the most recent alleged delivery attempt. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. There should be a no star option.

Packages are sometimes marked as delivered, and are not delivered until the next day, or marked as "delivery location not accessible" when my driveway is free and clear... Not sure what is going on, besides chronic understaffing.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars - I would . Especially for the last year . I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service , such terrible timeliness . My packages have been saying “out for delivery” for the last week and they were said to be here a week ago . Everything I’ve had sent has been overnighted - and PAID for overnighted . They refuse to look into it , at this point I’m out around 250$ In overnight fees , and the packages still have not been delivered (7 days post due date)I don’t understand how the biggest mailing parcel in the United States is having so many issues . FedEx and UPS are doing just fine . I run a business that requires mail in /mail out(used USPS because the rates are undeniable )and will definitely be switching to UPS from here on out.Through my tracking numbers everything has been to the T and done properly . It’s once the package makes it to Havana Florida , is when the issues occur. I see the same exact car delivering mail every day .Is the usps parcel itself just a bunch of worthless workers ? Or does the mail carrier just pick and choose ;what they’re delivering today ?!Hopeful , they will get it back together . They’ve lost my business not only in Havana , but United States wide; as well .
